Claims (12)

  1. 분자당 적어도 두개의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖는 1,2에폭시수지 약 50 내지 약 95중량%, 방향족 비닐 단량체를 함유하는 반응성 희석제 약 3 내지 33중량%, 및 에폭시수지 및 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 이미다졸 화합물, 붕소 트리플루오라이드-아민 및 붕소 트리클로라이드-아민, 및 이들의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 유기 촉매 경화제를 함유하는 질소 약 1 내지 10중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 우수한 열안정성을 갖는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이미다졸 화합물 촉매 경화제가 이미다졸, 1-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸이미다졸, 1-시아노에틸-2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-페닐이미다졸, 2,4-디메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-운데실이미다졸, 2-헵타데실이미다졸, 및 1-벤질-2-메틸-이미다졸, 및 이들의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지를 약 50 내지 약 95중량% 함유하고 방향족 비닐 단량체 반응성 희석제를 약 3 내지 약 33중량% 함유하며, 유기촉매 경화제를 함유하는 질소가 에폭시수지 밑 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 약 2 내지 약 6중량부의 양으로 언급된 수지 및 희석제와 혼합된 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제가 비닐 톨루엔인 열경화인 수지 조성물.
  5. 분자당 적어도 두개의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖는 1,2-에폭시수지 약 50 내지 약 95중량%, 방향족 비닐 단량체를 함유하는 반응성 희석제 약 3 내지 약 33중량%, 및 에폭시수지 및 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 이미다졸 화합물 촉매 경화제 약 1 내지 약 10중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 우수한 열안정성을 갖는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이미다졸 화합물 촉매 경화제가 에폭시수지 및 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 약 2 내지 약 6중량부인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 이미다졸 화합물 촉매 경화제가 이미다졸, 1-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸이미다졸, 1-시아노에틸-2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-페닐이미다졸, 2,4-디메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-운데실이미다졸, 2-헵트데실이미다졸, 및 1-벤질-2-메틸이미다졸, 및 이들의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제가 비닐 톨루엔인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매 경화제가 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸을 함유하는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  10. 분자당 적어도 두개의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖는 1,2에폭시수지 약 50 내지 약 95중량%, 방향족 비닐 단량체를 함유하는 반응성 희석제 약 3 내지 33중량%, 및 에폭시수지 및 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 붕소 트리플루오라이드-아민 및 붕소 트리클로라이드-아민, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 아민 촉매 경화제 약 1 내지 10중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 우수한 열안정성을 갖는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 아민 촉매 결화제가 에폭시수지 및 반응성 희석제 100중량부당 약 2 내지 약 6중량부인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제가 비닐 톨루엔인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
