Claims (7)

  1. α-히드록시카르복시산에스테르를 결정성 알루미노규산염에 촉매에 접촉반응시키고, 이어서 얻어진 반응생성물을 고체산촉매로 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 알루미노규산염이 X형 제올라이트 또는 Y형 제올라이트인 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고체산촉매가 인산염을 함유하는 촉매, 고체인산촉매, 황산염을 함유하는 촉매, 실리카-알루미나, 실리카-티타니아, 실리카-지르코니아 또는 제올라이트인 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시카르복시산에스테르가, α-히드록시이소부티르산메틸 및 락트산메틸인 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 원료인 α-히드록시카르복시산에스테르의 알콕시부분에 상당하는 알코올을 반응용매로서 사용하는 α,β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응용매로서 알코올을 α-히드록시카르복시산에스테르에 대하여 1-10배몰의 범위로 사용하는 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 알루미노규산염촉매와의 접촉반응시의 온도가 150-450℃이며, 고체산촉매와의 접촉반응시의 온도가 50-450℃인 α, β-불포화카르복시산에스테르의 제조방법.
