제1도는 본 발명에 의한 전기 2증층 콘덴서의 한 실시예를 나타내는 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 관한 다공질 소결체의 전극체를 제조하기 위한 장치를 나타내는 개략 구성도, 제5도는 본 발명에 의한 각 실시예와 비교예의 성능 비교 도표이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 활성탄과 전해질의 접촉면으로 형성되는 전기 2증 층을 이용한 전기 2증 층 콘덴서에 있어서, 활성탄 미립자 상호간을 소결 결합시킨 다공질 소결체에 의해서 형성되어 한쪽면을 서로 대항시켜 배설된 한 쌍의 전극체; 상기 전그거체의 각각 다른 쪽면에 전극체의 소결시에 형성시킨 한쌍의 도전층; 상기 한 쌍의 전극체 간에 배설된 세퍼레이터; 상기 전극체 및 세퍼레이터를 수납하는 개스킷; 상기 전극체의 각각 다른 쪽 면에 장착된 도전층에 대향하여 각각 배설되어 각 둘레 가장자리를 상기 개스팃에 집전체를 포함하는 전기 2증 층 콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전층은 금속 분말의 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 2증 층 콘덴서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전층은 금속박인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 2증 층 콘덴서.
  4. 활성탄과 전해질의 접촉면으로 형성되는 전기 2증 층을 이용한 전기 2증 층 콘덴서의 전극체의 제조방법에 있어서, 전극체를 소결하는 성형주형 내에 도전층을 형성하는 도전성 부재를 배치하는 스텝; 상기 성형주형 내에 배치된 도전성 부재의 위에 활성탄 미립자 분체를 배치하는 스텝; 상기 성형주형 내에 배치된 활성탄 미립자 분체 및 도전성 부재에 압력을 인가하는 스텝; 압력이 인가된 활성탄 미립자 분체 및 도전성 부재를 가압하여 소결하는 스텝을 포함하는 전기 2증 층 콘덴서의 전극체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소결하는 스텝은 활성탄 미립자 분체 및 도전성 부재에 펄스상 전류를 인가하는 스텝과, 펄스상 전류를 인가시킨후 가열전류를 인가하는 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 2증 층 콘덴서의 전극체의 제조방법.
