제 1 도는 본 발명의 제조공정을 보인 것으로, (a)는 유전체층이 유사전극물질을 형성한 것이고, (b)는 유전체층의 적층방법을 보인 것이며, (c)는 적층이 완료된 상태이고, (d)는 (c)의 A-A선 단면도이고, (e)는 외부전극이 결합된 상태의 측전기이다. 제 2 도는 기공층내부로 용융금속을 주입하기 위한 장치의 개략단면도.
Claims (4)
- 유사전극물질이 도포된 유전체층을 적층소결하여 생성된 기공층에 용융금속을 주입하는 다층세라믹 축전기의 제조방법에 있어서, 소결에 의해 산화된 기공층을 다시 환원시켜 별도의 압력을 가함이 없이 용융금속을 기공층내부로 침투시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입전극법에 의한 다층세라믹 축전기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유사전극물질로 2NiCO3-3Ni(OH)2-4H2O와 카본블랙의 혼합물을 사용하여 소결후의 기공층을 NiO로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 주입전극법에 의한 다층세라믹 축전기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부전극 형성용 용융금속으로 납, 주석 또는 납-주석합금을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 주입전극법에 의한 다층세라믹 축전기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기공층을 이루는 NiO의 표면을 환원법에 의해 니켈금속으로 환원하여 표면에너지를 금속의 표면에너지에 상응하게 증가시켜 다른 금속과의 접촉성을 향상시킴을 특징으로 하는 주입전극법에 의한 다층세라믹 축전기의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
