Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of impregnating chemicals and to enhance the coverage of solid electrolyte by providing a gap between sintered materials. CONSTITUTION:A pair of thin type press moldings 1a, 1b and an anode lead 2 in which part of metal wire of the same type is buried in the same metal powder as that of the molding are provided, and a lead molding 1c so having a triangular uneven part 1f as to perpendicularly cross the triangular uneven parts 1d, 1e of the moldings 1a, 1b parallel in section to the thicknesswise direction on the opposite main faces is formed by pressing. Then, the moldings 1a, 1b are so laminated on the upper and lower faces of the molding 1c that the uneven parts 1d, 1e become perpendicular to the uneven part 2f of the molding 1c, and pressurized to be press-bonded. The press-bonded moldings are integrated by sintering to form a sintered material 3 in which gaps 6 are provided between the moldings 1a, 1b and 1c. A dielectric layer and a solid electrolyte layer sequentially cover the periphery of the material 3, a cathode leading layer 4 is provided thereon, thereby obtaining a laminated solid electrolyte capacitor element.
