Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent cracking or peeling-off of a protruding solder part, to be generated at a bottom part of a capacitor element upon soldering a cathode lead wire, or a cathode conductive layer so as to improve electrical characteristics, by sequentially laminating a dielectric layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a graphite layer, a cathode conductive layer on a surface of an anode member, and next by forming a conductive resin layer on the cathode conductive layer facing the anode lead-out wire, and next by soldering the cathode lead wire on the cathode conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:An anode member 1 is formed by molding tantalum powder and sintering. A dielectric layer 3 formed by oxidation, a solid electrolyte layer 4 made of maganese dioxide as a semiconductive metal oxide, a graphite layer 5, and a cathode conductive layer 6 made of silver and resin are sequentially laminated on the surface of the anode member. A conductive resin layer 7 part not soldered only on the bottom part of the anode member 1 is formed on the cathode conductive layer 6. A cathode lead wire 10 is connected to the cathode conductive layer 6 with a soldered layer 8.
