Claims (11)

  1. 광범위한 분자량의 폴리올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 유효양의 적어도 하나의 산화방지제/안정화제를 포함한 적어도 하나의 스펀 용융 혼합물로 부터 제조되며; (a)최저 산화성 중합체 분해, 높은 복굴적, 및 약 100,000내지 450,000범위내의 중량 평균 분자량으로 확인된 내부대역; (b)일반적으로 상기 내부대역의 외부 동심원으로서, 상기 내부대역 보다 약간 적은 분자량에서 약 10,000내지 20,000범위까지의 분자량 구배를 갖는 점진적인 산화성 쇄 전단 분해에 의해 추가로 확인된 중간대역, 및 (c)일반적으로 상기 중간대역의 외부 동심원으로서 스펀 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 외부표면을 한정하는 표면대역 (이 표면대역은 낮은 복굴절, 산화성 쇄 전단-분해된 중합체성 물질의 고농도, 및 약 10,000미만의 중량 평균 분자량으로 확인된다)의 결합물을 포함하는 섬유 또는 필라멘트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 , 상기 내부대역이 코어요소와 내부적으로 접촉하고 있으며, 일반적으로 코어요소의 외부 동심원인 쉬드(sheath)/코어 이성분 섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부대역이 본질적으로 일상적인 스펀 용융 혼합물로 부터 형성된 1성분 섬유의 전체 부분인 섬유 또는 필라멘트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 쉬드 요소중 상기 내부대역의 중합체 성분이 약 10,000내지 250,000의 분자량을 갖고 있으며, 상기 중간대역의 분해된 중합체 성분이 약 100,000내지 250,000에서 20,000미만까지의 분자량을 가지며, 상기 표면대역의 분해된 중합체 성분이 약 5,000내지 10,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 섬유.
  5. (A) 분해제의 존재하에 폴리올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함한 스핀용융물에 유효양의 적어도 하나의 산화방지제/안정화제를 혼합하는 단계; (B)방사 단계중에 스핀 용융물내에 있는 중합체성 성분의 최소 산화성 쇄 전단 분해를 일으키는 온도 및 환경 분위기에서 (A)단계에서 얻은 스핀 용융물을 방사하는 단계; (C)고온의 필라멘트의 사경로(theradline)산화성 쇄 전단 분해를 수행하는데 충분한 산소 기체 확산을 얻기 위하여 산소가 풍부한 조건하에 (B)단계에서 얻은 고온의 압출물을 권취하는 단계; 및 (D)저분자량 및 저 복굴절을 갖는 고도로 분해된 표면 대역; 및 고분자량 및 결정형 복굴절을 갖는 최소로 분해된 내부대역을 얻기 위하여 (C)단계에서 얻은 필라멘트를 완전히 급냉 및 피니싱(finishing)하는 단계를 포함함으로써 개선되는, 폴리올레핀-함유 스펀 용융 조성물로 부터 1성분 또는 2성분 섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 산화방지제/안정화제 조성물이 페닐 포스파이트-및/또는 N,N'비스-피페리디닐 디아민 유도체인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 스펀 섬유 또는 필라멘트 중의 고도로 분해된 표면 대역이 약 10,000미만의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며, 상기 스펀 섬유의 내부대역 구조가 고 복굴절 및 약 100,000내지 450,000이내의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 권취단계가 중위온도에서 산소의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 급냉단계가 약 100내지 10 : 0내지 90의 부피비로 변하는 산소/질소 혼합물의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  10. 제5항의 방법에 따라서 제조된 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 함유한 하나 이상의 웹을 결합함으로써 얻어지는 부직 물질.
  11. 제7항의 방법에 따라서 제조된 섬유를 함유한 하나 이상의 웹을 결합함으로써 얻어지는 부직 물질.
