제1도는 실시예 6에서 수득한 고무-코팅 비이드 와이어의 인발력이 가황 촉진제, MOR 및 황의 양에 따라 어떻게 변화하는 가를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- Sn 함유율이 9 내지 13중량%이고, Cu 함유율이 91 내지 87 중량%인 Cu/Sn 침착물을 와이어 1kg당 0.65내지 0.85g의 양으로 침착시킨 타이용 비이드 와이어.
- 고무중합체 100중량부, 탄소 80내지 140중량부, 황 4내지 10 중량부, 가황 촉진제 0.4 내지 0.9중량부, 산화 아연 10내지 17중량부 및 스테아르산 1내지 4중량부로 이루어진 조성으로부터 상기 비이드 와이어 상에 형성된 고무층 및 Sn 함유율이 9내지 13중량 %이고, Cu함유율이 91내지 87중량%인 Cu/Sn침착물을 와이어 1kg당 0.65내지 0.85g의 양으로 침착시킨 비이드 와이어로 이루어진 타이어용 고무-코팅 비이드 와이어.
- 고무-코팅 비이드 와이어를 환상으로 권취시켜 형성한 비이드 코어를 갖는 비이드부 및 상기 타이어의 축방향의 내측으로부터 상기 비이드 코어의 외측으로 권취시킨 카카스를 포함하는 타이어에 있어서: 상기 고무-코팅 비이드 와이어가 고무 중합체 100중량부, 탄소 80내지 140중량부, 황 4내지 10중량부, 가황 촉진제 0.4내지 0.9중량부, 산화 아연 10내지 17중량부 및 스테아르산 1내지 4중량부로 이루어진 조성물로부터 상기 비이드 와이어 상에 형성된 고무층 및 Sn 함유율이 9내지 13중량%이고, Cu 함유율이 91내지 87중량%인 Cu/Sn침착물을 와이어 1kg당 0.65내지 0.85g의 양으로 침착시킨 비이드 와이어로 이루어진 타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
