Abstract

CONSTITUTION: (A) a rubber layer for preventing the air permeation that containing (a) 40W100 parts by wt. of halogenated butyl rubber, (b) 60W40 parts of natural or dienic synthetic rubber, a vulcanizer, an accelerator, carbon black, etc., and (B) another rubber layer for reinforcing intermediate containing (c) 100 parts of natural and/or dienic synthetic rubber, (d) 0.05W1 part of N-(2-methyl-2-nitropropyl)-4-nitrosoaniline, a vulcanizer, an accelerator, carbon black, etc., are made separately. They are integrated by adhesion and plied on the carcass ply to contact the reinforcing intermediate layer with the innermost first carcass ply. Then, they are formed and vulcanized.
