Claims (6)

  1. 연료 함유 혼합물. 즉 코크스층을 연소하는 열처리공정. 특히 소결공정시 오염물질 방출의 감소를 위한 방법에 있어서, 연료함유 혼합물을 공급하기전에 다공성 연료부, 특히 상기 혼합물의 코크스를 Ca(OH)2와 혼합하거나 또는 석회의 슬러리로 투침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 공정시 오염물질 방출의 감소를 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코크스양에 대해 5-30 중량% 바람직하게는 10-25 중량% Ca(OH)2를 건조한 형태로 부가하고 그리고 석회와 함께 코크스를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중량부 Ca(OH)2당 1내지 3중량부 H20중의 Ca(OH)2로 구성된 슬러리를 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 소결 코크스가 0.5-5mm. 바람직하게는 1-3mm의 그레인 범위로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항에 있어서, 슬러리를 처리하기 전에 또는 석회를 혼합하기전에 소결 코크스를 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항에 있어서, 석회슬러리를 코크스에 대해 20-50, 바람직하게는 25-50중량%의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
