항균작용을 갖는 퀴놀린계 화합물과 그의 제조방법

Claims (4)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 항균작용을 갖는 퀴놀린계 화합물 및 그의 염.
    윗 식에서, Z는 수소이거나 하로겐원자 또는 아미노기이고, R1은 수소이거나 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속의 양이온이고, R2는 수소원자이거나 저급알킬기 또는 포르밀기이고, m은 1 내지 3의 정수이며, n은 1 또는 2이다.
  2. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물과 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 디아자비시클로아민 화합물 또는 그의 산부가 물을 용매중에서 축합반응시켜서 되어짐을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 퀴놀린계 화합물의 제조방법.
    윗 식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)에서, Z는 수소이거나 할로겐원자 또는 아미노기이고, R1은 수소이거나 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속의 양이온이고, R2는 수소원자이거나 저급알킬기 또는 포르밀기이고, m은 1 내지 3의 정수이고, n은 1 또는 2이고, R은 수소이거나 벤질 또는 토실기이며, L은 불소, 염소, 브롬 등의 할로겐원자이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물, 알콜, 아세토니트릴, 디메틸포름아미드(DMF), 디메틸설폭시드(DMSO), 피리딘 및 피콜린 중에서 1종 이상을 선택하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 퀴놀린계 화합물의 제조방법.
  4. 유효성분으로서 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 퀴놀린계 화합물을 적어도 1종 이상 함유하여서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항균제 조성물.
    윗 식에서, Z는 수소이거나 할로겐원자 또는 아미노기이고, R1은 수소이거나 알카리금속 또는 알카리토금속의 양이온이고, R2는 수소원자이거나 저급알킬기 또는 포르밀기이고, m은 1 내지 3의 정수이며, n은 1 또는 2이다.
