Claims (13)

  1. a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 테트라히드로푸란을 할로겐화재와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1,2,4-트리할로부틸 에티르를 형성하고, b) 이어 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 아황산수소염 수용액과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아황산수소염 부가물을 형성한 후, c) 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 티올레이트로 이 부가물을 고리화하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드를 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드의 제조 방법 ;
    상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 벤질이고, X는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로-치환된 C1-C10알킬 ; 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 ; 또는 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬.,C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이며, Y 및 Z는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.
  2. a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 테트라히드로푸란을 티오닐 클로라이드와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅲa)의 화합물을 이황산수소염 수용액과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳa)의 아황산수소염 부가물을 형성한 후, c) 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 티올레이트로이 부가물을 고리화하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드를 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드의 제조방법 ;
    상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 벤질이고, X는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 -치환된 C1-C10알킬 ; 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 ; 또는 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이며, Y 및 Z는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.
  3. b) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1,2,4-트리할로부틸 에테르를 아황산 수소염 수용액과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아황산수소염 부가물을 형성하고 c)이어 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 디올레이트로 이 부가물을 고리화하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드를 형성시키는 것을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드의 제조방법 ;
    상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 벤질이고, X는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로-치환된 C1-C10알킬 ; 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 ; 또는 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이며, Y 및 Z는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, b)하기 일반식(Ⅲa)의 1,4-디클로로-2-할로부틸 에테르를 아황산 수소염 수용액과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳa)의 아황산수소염 부가물을 형성하고 c) 이어 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 티올레이트로 이 부가물을 고리화하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드를 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 방법 :
    상기 식에서, X는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로-치환된 C1-C4알킬 ; 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 ; 또는 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이며, Y 및 Z는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.

    상기 식에서, X는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로-치환된 C1-C10알킬 ; 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 ; 또는 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이며, Y는 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.

  8. c) 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 티올레이트로 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아황산수소염 부가물을 고리화하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드를 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 시클로프로판카르보알데히드의 제조방법 :
    상기 식에서, C1-C4알킬 또는 벤질이고, X는 할로겐이며, Y 및 Z는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온에 상당하는 양이온이다.
  9. 하기 일반식의 1,2,4-트리할로부틸 에테르 :
    상기 식에서, X 는 할로겐이고, R2는 비치환 또는 할로-치환된 C1-C10알킬 : 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬 : 각각 비치환 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 시아노에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이다.
