Claims (8)
- 수소 함유 분위기 하에서 탄탈륨 금속에 비해 낮은 가열 전 산소 농도를 갖는 탄탈륨 게터 금속의 존재하에 약 900℃ 내지 약 2400℃의 온도 범위에서 탄탈륨 재로를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄탈륨 재료의 산소 함량 조절 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료로부터 분리되는 물리적 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 재료가 탄탈륨 분말이고, 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 분말의 가장 큰 입자보다 더욱 큰 입자 크기를 갖는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 재료가 1100℃ 내지 2000℃의 온도 범위에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄탈륨 재료가 900℃ 내지 1500℃의 온도 범위에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄타륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 0.3 내지 1.0의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
