Claims (8)

  1. 수소 함유 분위기 하에서 탄탈륨 금속에 비해 낮은 가열 전 산소 농도를 갖는 탄탈륨 게터 금속의 존재하에 약 900℃ 내지 약 2400℃의 온도 범위에서 탄탈륨 재로를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄탈륨 재료의 산소 함량 조절 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료로부터 분리되는 물리적 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 재료가 탄탈륨 분말이고, 탄탈륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 분말의 가장 큰 입자보다 더욱 큰 입자 크기를 갖는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄탈륨 재료가 1100℃ 내지 2000℃의 온도 범위에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄탈륨 재료가 900℃ 내지 1500℃의 온도 범위에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 탄타륨 게터 금속이 탄탈륨 재료와 0.3 내지 1.0의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
