Claims (11)
- (A) 폴리이소시아네이트를 (B) 당량이 400 이하인 공반응물 및 산소 또는 질소원자에 결합된 다수의 활성수소원자와 (C)당량이 400 이상인 이소시아네이트-반응성 물질 중에서 우레탄 및/또는 우레아 그룹을 함유하는 물질의 예비형성된 용액 또는 분산액 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 분산액 생성물〔여기서, ⅰ) 분산액 생성물은 분산액 생성물의 중량을 기본으로 약 0.5 내지 약 40중량%의 고체를 함유하고, ⅱ)예비형성된 용액 또는 분산액 중에 용해되고/거나 분산된 우레탄 및/또는 우레아 그룹을 함유하는 물질은 생성물 분산액 고체의 0.5 내지 50중량%를 차지한다〕을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액 생성물이 폴리우레탄 입자를 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 물질이 당량이 700 내지 3000이고 작용성이 1.8 내지 4인 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 예비형성된 용액 또는 분산액 중의 이소시아네이트-반응성 물질이 당량이 700 내지 3000이고 작용성이 1.8 내지 4인 옥시에틸렌-차단된(capped)폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)이고, 반응을 추가로 (D) 당량이 500 내지 2500인, 프로필렌 옥사이드의 명목상 작용성이 1.8 내지 4인 단일중합체 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드의 랜덤 공중합체 및 2급 하이드록실 그룹 함량이 90% 이상인 소량의 에틸렌 옥사이드 존재하에〔여기서, 성분 D)에 대한 예비형성된 용액 또는 분산액 중의 이소시아네이트-반응성 물질의 중량비는 1:2 내지 1:50이다〕수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공반응물이 알칸올아민이고 폴리이소시아네이트가 TDI, MDI, PMDI 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 예비형성된 분산액 중에서 우레탄 및/또는 우레아 그룹을 함유하는 물질이 알칸을 아민과 TDI, MDI, PMDI 또는 이의 혼합물의 반응 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 분산액이 2가지 양식 [여기서, 입자의 약 60용적% 이상이 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에 속하고 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에서 입자의 5 내지 75용적%는 (HDC)에 의해 측정한 평균입자크기가 약 200nm 이상인 보다 큰 입자이고, 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에서 25 내지 95용적%는 HDC에 의해 측정한 평균입자크기가 10 내지 70nm인 보다 작은 입자이다]의 입자 크기 분포를 지니는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비형성된 용액 또는 분산액을 미리 처리하여 입자물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 분산액.
- 당량이 400 이상인 이소시아네이트-반응성 물질중의 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 입자의 분산액〔여기서, 입자는 2가지 양식의 입자크기 분포를 지니며, 입자의 약 60용적% 이상이 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에 속하고 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에서 입자의 약 5 내지 약75%는 (HDC)에 의해 측정한 평균입자크기가 약 200nm 이상인 보다 큰 입자이고, 2개의 분리된 크기 범위에서 25 내지 95용적%는 HDC에 의해 측정한 평균입자크기가 10 내지 700nm인 보다 작은 입자이다〕.
- 폴리이소시아네이트와 제10항의 분산액을 함유하는 활성수소-함유 조성물의 반응 생성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
