Claims (7)

  1. (A)필수적으로 하기 일반식의 에난티오머들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 용액을 제조하고, (B)혼합물을 에난티오머들중 하나와 키랄산의 염을 선택적으로 침전시키기에 충분한 양으로, 디벤조일-D-타르타르산, 디벤조일-L-타르타르산, 디불루오일-D-타르타르산, 및 디불루오일-L-타르타르산으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 키랄산과 접촉시키고, (C)생성된 침전물을 회수하고, (D)임의로 생성된 타르타르산염을 염기화시켜 상응하는 유리염기를 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 에난티오머들의 혼합물로부터 에난티오머들중 하나를 침전시키기 위해 혼합물을 처리하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹 또는 벤질이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에난티오머들을 함유하는 모액으로부터 침전물을 회수한 후, 모액을 키랄산중 하나와 접촉시켜 에난티오머들중 하나의 산의 염을 포함하는 다른 침전물을 선택적으로 생성시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 키랄산이 에난티오머 1당량당 산 약 0.5내지 0.5약 1당량의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에난티오머들의 혼합물이 라세미 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 키랄산이 디벤조일-D-타르타르산 또는 디틀루오일-D-타르타르산인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에난티오머들의 혼합물이 하기 구조식을 갖는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전물이 하기 구조식(2a)의 염을 포함하는 방법.
