Claims (13)

  1. 시멘트 100중량부당 입자의 평균 직경이 시맨트 입자의 평균 직경의 1/5내지 1/10인 제 1분말상 물질 약 5 내지 약 20중량부, 물 약 20 내지 약 34중량부 및 적어도 하나의 부가제(액화제, 감수제 또는 분산제)를 시멘트와 혼합하여 페이스트를 형성시킨 다음, 형성된 페이스트를 적어도 한가지 종류의 강화용 섬유의 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 강화용 섬유를 함유하는 시멘트 기재 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부당 물 23 내지 30중량부를 시멘트와 혼합하여 페이스트를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부당 강화용 섬유 약 2내지 약 18중량부를 혼합합을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시멘트와 제1분말상 물질 이외에 시멘트 100중량부당 입자의 평균 직경이 제1분말상 물질의 입자의 평균 직경의 1/5 내지 1/10인 제2분말상 물질 약5중량부 이하를 혼합하여 페이스트를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부당 부가제 약 4중량부 이하, 유리하게는 2내지 3중량부를 가하여 페이스트를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부당 가소제 약 1중량부 이하를 가하여 페이스트를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자의 평균 크기가 3㎛내지 20㎛인 메타카올린으로 제1분말상 물질을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여러가지 무수 분말상을 미리 혼합한 다음, 물을 가하고 이들을 모두 혼합하여 목적하는 페이스트를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 직경이 상이한 적어도 두가지 유형의 섬유를 페이스트와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트와 혼합된 강화용 섬유가 강화용 섬유가 광물면을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 시멘트 100중량부당 입자의 평균 직경이 시멘트 입자의 평균 직경의 1/5 내지 1/10인 제1분말상을 물질 약 5 내지 약 20중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득되고 섬유로 강화된 시멘트 기재 생성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 시멘트 100중량부당 평균 직경이 제1분말상 물질의 입자의 평균 직경의 1/5 내지 1/10인 입자를 포함하는 제2분말상 물질 약 5중량부이하를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 기재 조성물.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 제1분말상 물질이 평균 직경이 3 내지 20㎛인 메타카올린이고, 제2분말상 물질이 미세 실리카이며 강화용 섬유가 유리솜을 포함함을 특징으로 시멘트 기재 조성물.
