제2도는 기판의 두 평면이 접착방지층으로 피복되어있는 중합체 필름을 표시한 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 접착방지층이 (ⅰ) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 (ⅱ) 이소시아네이트에 반응성인 폴리디알킬실옥산, 및 (ⅲ) 중합체 폴리올의 반응 생성물인 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성되는 것으로 특징되고, 중합체 접착방지층을 최소 한면에 갖는 자기 지지용 중합체 필름기판으로 구성되는 릴리스 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필름이 열가소성 필름인 릴리스 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 폴리올이 다음 구조식의 폴리카보네이트로 구성된 릴리스 필름.
    식중, R은 2가의 지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고 n은 2-20인 정수임.
  4. 전기한 항의 어는 한 항에 있어서, 릴리스 매체가 다음 구조식 Ⅳ의 수지로 구성되는 릴리스 필름.
    식중, R은 2가의 지방족 및/또는 지환식 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼, X는 R1또는 R2, R1은 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 그룹, R2는 분자량이 500-3000인 실리코운 사슬, R3는 2가의 지방족 및/또는 지환식 탄화수소 라디칼, R1는 임의로 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 2가의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼, n 및 m은 1-20인 정수, o 및 p는 0-20인 정수임.
  5. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 릴리스 매체가 부가적으로 다기능성의 활성 수소함유 사슬 확장제를 함유하는 릴리스 필름.
  6. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 릴리스 매체가 부가적으로 계면활성제를 함유하는 릴리스 필름.
  7. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 필름으로 구성되는 릴리스 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리 p-페닐렌 설파이드 필름으로 구성되는 릴리스 필름.
  9. 접착방지 매체가 ⅰ) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (ⅱ) 이소시아네이트에 반응성인 폴리디알킬실옥산, 및 (ⅲ) 중합체 폴리올의 반응 생성물인 폴리우레탄 수지의 분산액으로 구성되는 것으로 특징으로 되고, 필름 기판의 분자 배향을 위해 연신시키기 전, 연신시키는 동안 또는 연신시킨 후에 접착방지 매체를 자기 지지용 중합체 필름 기판의 최소 한편에 피복시키고 피복된 매체를 건조시켜 중합체 접착방지층을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는 릴리스 필름의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항의 있어서, 접착방지 매체가 수성 분산액으로서 피복되는 방법.
