Claims (10)

  1. (a)(ⅰ)도데칸이산과 짝수개로서 6개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 알탄디올 하나 이상으로부터 제조된 폴리에스테르 디올 하나 이상과 (ⅱ)디이소시아네이트 하나 이상을 반응 시킴으로써, 예비중합체 전체를 기준으로 하여 이소시아네이트 그룹 함량이 1.8중량%미만이고 평균 분자량(MWn)이 4,500이상인 이소시아네이트-함유 예비중합체를 제조하고, (b)열용융 접착제로서의 이 예비중합체를 80℃ 내지 160℃의 온도에서 결합시키고자 하는 표면 하나 이상에 스핀(spin)-분무하여 도포하고, (c)상기 표면을 결합시키고자 하는 다른 표면과 긴밀히 접촉시켜 결합시키는 단계들을 포함하여, 폴리에스테르 디올 및 디이소시아네이트를 기본으로 하는 이소시아네이트-함유 예비 중합체를 사용하여 표면을 결합시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 디올이 도데칸이산과 1,6-헥산디올로부터 제조되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 디올이 도데칸이산과 도데칸디올로부터 제조되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 디올중의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹에 대한 디이소시아네이트중의 이소시아네이트 그룹의 비가 2.1 : 1 내지 1.4 :1인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 디올의 분자량이 1,500 내지 8,000인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 디올의 분자량이 4,000 내지 6,000인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열용융 접착제로서의 에비중합체가 결합 시키고자 하는 각각의 표면상에 스핀-분무되어 접착되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체를 스핀-분무하여 도포시킨 표면을 가압하에 예비중합체가 도포되지 않은 제2표면과 접촉 시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 예비중합체를 스핀- 분무하여 도포시킨 표면을 가압하에 제2표면과 접촉시키고 형태를 부여하는 방법.
