Claims (19)
- 아민관능기 및 카르복실산관능기로부터 선택되고 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 폴리아미드사슬의 양쪽 말단에 포함하고 평균 분자량이 300내지 15,000인 2관능적인 폴리아미드 올리고머와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되고, 용융 상태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2이상의 반응성 성분으로 구성된 액체반응성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 올리고머가 1이상의 아미노산, 락탐, 이산과 디아민의 염 또는 이산과 디아민의 혼합물, 또는 상기 모든 단량체의 혼합물로부터 제조되며, 탄화수소 사슬이 4내지 14의 탄소원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 4내지 14의 탄소원자를 갖는 디아민과의 중축합 반응에 의해 폴리아미드 올리고머가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 디아민이 헥사메틸렌디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 올리고머가 탄소원자 4내지 20을 갖는 디카르복실과의 중축합 반응에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 아디프산 또는 1,12-도데칸디오산인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 점도가 170℃에서 10,000cP이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 2,4-또는 2,6톨-루엔디이소시아네이트(TDI), 4,4'디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI), 1,4-또는 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(HDI), 1,4-시클로헥실 디이소시아네이트, 3-이소시아네이트메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥실 이소시아네이트(IPDI), 리이소시아네이트(예, 트리페닐메탄 트리이소시아네이트), 이소시아네이트의 이합화, 삼합화, 또는 시클로삼합화에 의해 얻어진 고분자화합물 및 폴리에스테르폴리올 또는 폴리에테르폴리올과 디이소시아네이트의 부가반응으로부터 생성되는 예비 중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 이동 수소를 함유하는 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트의 부생물 또는 가리움제이고, 부생물이 고온에서 본래 폴리이소시아네이트를 재생할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가리움제가 알콜, 페놀 및 락탐으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 부생물 1530B로 알려진 IPDI의 시클로삼합화에 의해 얻어진 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에폭시드의 중합반응에 의해 얻어진 폴리에테르디올, 또는 글리콜과 이산의 중축합반응에 의해 얻어진 폴리에스테르 디올과 같은 α,ω-디올 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서,의 몰비가 0.75내지 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응 온도가 120내지 300℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 조성물.
- 반응 사출 성형 기술에 의해 특히 큰 성형물질을 제조하기 위한 아민 관능기 및 가르복실산관능기로부터 선택되고 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 폴리아미드 사슬의 양쪽 말단에 결합하고 평균 분자량이 300내지 15,000인 2관능적인 폴리아미드 올리고머와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되고, 용융 상태로 존재하는 2이상의 반응성성분으로 된 액체 반응성 조성물의 이용.
- 고체매쉬로 강화된 물질을 제조하기 위한 아민관능기 및 카르복실산 관능기로부터 선택되고 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 폴리아미드 사슬의 양쪽말단에 결합하고 평균 분자량이 300내지 15,000인 2관능적인 폴리아미드 올리고머와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되고 용융 상태로 존재하는 2이상의 반응성 성분으로된 액체반응성 조성물의 이용.
- 접착제로서 아민관능기 및 카르복실산 관능기로부터 선택되고 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 폴리아미드 사슬의 양쪽 말단에 결합하고 평균 분자량이 300내지 15,000인 2관능적인 폴리아미드 올리고머와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되고 용융 상태로 존재하는 2이상의 반응성 성분으로 된 액체반응성 조성물의 이용.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 조성물로부터 생성된 공중합체에 의해 결합된 2개의 금속 박막으로 구성된 소위 "샌드위치" 패널을 제조하기 위한 조성물의 이용.
- 펄트루젼 기술에 의해 아민관능기 카르및 복실산 관능기로부터 선택되고 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 폴리아미드 사슬의 양쪽 말단에 결합하고 평균 분자량이 300내지 15,000인 2관능적인 폴리아미드 올리고머와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되고 용융 상태로 존재하는 2이상의 반응성 성분으로된 액체반응성 조성물로부터 생성된 중합체에 의해 수용되는 긴섬유로 구성된 복합물질을 제조하기 위한 상기 조성물의 이용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
