Claims (13)
- (a)하기 (i) 및 (ji)의 혼합물 또는 프리폴리머 및 (i) 하기 구조식의 폴리지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는(여기서 R과 R'는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 또는 치알킬로 부터 선택되며, X는 2가 지방족, 사이 클로지방족 또는 방향족기로부터 선택된 다리를 의미한다,)폴리지방족 이소시아네이트 관능기를 함유하고 있는 상기한 지방족 이소시아네이트의 중합부가 반응생성물.(ii)다수의 이소시아네이트-반응성수소를 함유하고 있는 적어도 하나의 단량체 또는 중합체 화합물.(여기서 (ii)내에 있는 총 반응성 수소에 대한 (i)내에 있는 총 이소시아네이트기의 몰비는 각기 약 1: 0,8-약 1 : 1.2이다).(b)유효량의 중합촉매 소량으로 구성된 단일패키지, 저장안정성, 열경화성 폴리우레아/우레탄 코팅조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(i)이 α,α,α',α'-테트라메틸크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트로 구성되어 있는 폴리우레아/우레탄코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(i)이 폴리 지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물과 하이드록실 말단폴리에테르의 중합부가 반응생성물이며, 상기 부가반응 생성물이 지방족 이소시아네이트 단말기를 갖고 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(i)이 폴리 지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물과 하이드록실-말단 폴리에스테르의 중합부가 반응생성물로 구성되며, 상기 부가반응 생성물이 지방족 이소시아네이트 단말기를 갖고 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(ii)가 폴리올화합물로 구성되어 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(ii)가 아미노알콜 또는 폴리글리콜아민으로 구성되어 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 아미노알콜 또는 폴리글리콜아민이 이소시아네이트기 각 당량당 적어도 1당량의 아미노기를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 공급되는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)(ii)가 9-아미노-10-하이드록시스테아민으로 구성되어 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매성분(b)이 디부틸주석디라우레이트로 구성되어 있는 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.
- 하기 (a) 및 (b)로 구성된 단일패키지, 저장안정성 열결화성 폴리우레아/ 우레탄 코팅 조성물.(a) α,α,α',α'-테트라메틸크실렌디이소시아네이트와 9-아미노-10-하이드록시스테아민의 N,N-디메틸포름아미드중 프리폴리머용액 상시 프리폴리머 용액은 프리폴리머용액 총중량을 기준으로 약 30-80중량%의 고체성분과 약 2-10중량%의 이소시아네이트성분을 함유한다.(b) (a) 100중량부당 약 0.0001-10.0중량부의 디부틸주석 디라우레이트.
- 하기 (a)-(f)로 구성된 단일패키지, 저장안정성, 열-경화성 폴리우레아/우레탄코팅 조성물.(a) 하기 구조식의 폴리지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 폴리지방족 이소시아네이트 관능기를 함유하고 있는 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트를 화합물의 중합부가 반응생성물의 적당한 용매중 액체혼합물을 형성한 다음.(상기식에서, R과 R'는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 및 치환알킬로 부터 선택되며, X는 2가 지방족, 사이클로지방족 또는 방향족기로 부터 선택된 다리를 의미한다).(b) 액체혼합물(a)를 약 0-10℃온도로 냉각하고, (c) 다수의 이소시아네이트 반응성수소를 함유하고 있는 적어도 하나의 단량체 또는 중합체 화합물의 적당한 용매중 액체혼합물을 형성하고, (d) 단계(c)의 혼합물을 단계(b)의 냉각혼합물에 첨가하여 반응화합물을 형성하고, (e) 단계(d)의 반응혼합물을 실온까지 냉각되게 한 다음 약 30-80중량%의 고체를 함유하고 있는 프리폴리머용액이 얻어지기에 충분한 시간동안 실온에서 반응을 계속되게 한다음, (f) 단계(e)에서 형성된 상기 프리폴리머용액에 유효량의 중합촉매소량을 첨가하여 열안정성, 단일패키지, 열-경화성 폴리우레아/우레탄코팅 조성물을 얻는다.
- 하기 (a)-(c)로 구성된 성형품에 경화된 폴리우레아/우레탄코팅을 제공하는 방법.(a) 피복될 기질을 제공한 다음, (b) 상기 지질에 단일패키지, 열-경화성 폴리우레아/우레탄코팅 조성물을 적용하여 피복된 기질을 얻고, (c) 그런 다음, 상기 피복된 기질을 경화되어, 강하게 접착된 마멸 저항성, 용매저항성, 내후성 코팅이 성형풍상에 형성되기에 충분한 시간동안 약 100℃이상의 온도에서 가열해 준다.
- 제12항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 피복된 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
