Claims (23)
- 일정한 다공도를 가지며 M이 철 및/또는 니켈 및/또는 코발트중에서 선택된 매트릭스이고 X가 가열가스와 접촉되는 원섬유에 형성되고 지르코늄, 하프늄, 이트륨, 세륨, 란탄및 혼합금속 중에서 선택된 산화물층의 접착을 강화시키는 성분인 M Cr AL X형 금소합금 원섬유로 형성된 섬유구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 가열가스의 여과 및/또는 정제용요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 일정한 다공도를 얻도록 원섬유가 독립적이고 조밀한 것을 특징으로하는 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원섬유가 조직구조, 구체적으로 직조된 구조로 배치되고, 상기의 일정한 다공도를 얻도록 적합한 직조층이 겹쳐진 것을 특징으로하는 요소.
- 제1-중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 원섬유가 다같이 결합되도록 섬유규조가 소결된 것을 특징으로하는 요소.
- 제1-3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열가스의 통과가 허용되도록, 상기 섬유구조가 개방용기에서 처리된 것을 특징으로하는 요소.
- 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 용기가 금속으로 만들어지고 섬유구조의 주위 원섬유가 소결에 의하여 용기내면에 결합된 것을 특징으로하는 요소.
- 원섬유가 촉매화합물층으로 추가 피복된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제1-6항중의 어느 한항에 따라 형성된 가열 가스의 촉매정제를 위한 촉매접촉 정제요소.
- 제7항에 있어서, 원섬유는 크게 개선된 표면을 가진 고정제품(세정피복)인 중간층으로 피복되며 촉매화합물이 이와같은 중간층에 침지된 것을 특징으로하는 촉매접촉 정제요소.
- 제1-6항중의 어느 한항에 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스에 분산되는 입자를 보유하기위한 여과요소.
- 제7또는 8항에 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 내연 기관의 배기가스의 촉매정제를 위한 촉매작용을 가진 정제요소
- 다음의 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 가열가스의 여과 또는 정제용 요소의 제조방법. -MCrALX형의 금속합금 원섬유를 M이 철 및/또는 니켈 및/또는 코발트중에서 선택된 매트릭스이고 X는 가열가스와 접촉되는 원섬유에 형성되고 지르코늄, 하프늄, 이트륨, 세륨, 란탄 및 혼합금속중에서 선택된 산화물층의 접착을 강화시키는 요소로 제조하는 단계, 및-일정한 다공도를 가진 성뮤구조가 형성되도록 이들 원섬유를 집합시키는 단계.
- 제11항에 있어서, 자체공지된 롤러 과도 경화방법을 이용하여 원섬유를 얻는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제11또는 12항에 있어서, 원섬유를 방임의 무질서한 분배상태로 방치시킨다음 일정한 다공도를 얻도록 그들을 조밀화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 조밀화시키기전, 원섬유를 파쇄시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제11또는 12항에 있어서, 원섬유를 일정한 다공도가 얻어지도록하는 메쉬로 직조시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제11-15항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 얻어진 섬유구조를 소결처리시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제11-15항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 섬유구조를 금속 용기로 도입시킨다음, 집합체를 소결처리시켜 그결과 원섬유가 다같이 결합되고 주위 원섬유가 추가로 용기내벽에 결합되는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법
- 제11-17항중의 어느 한항에 따른 단계로 이루어지고 원섬유를 추가로 촉매화합물층으로 피복시키는 것을 특징으로하는 가열가스의 촉매정제용 정제요소의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 촉매화합물을 침지시키기전에, 원섬유의 표면처리를 그 결합능력의 증가되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 촉매화합물을 침지시키기전에, 원섬유를 크게 개선된 표면이 있는 고정제품(세정피복)의 중간층으로 피복시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제11-17항중의 어느 한항에 따른 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 배기가스에 분산되는 입자를 보유하는 여과요소의 제조방법.
- 제11-17항중의 어느 한항에 따른 단계와 제18-20항중의 어느 한항에 따른 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 배기가스의 촉매정제용 촉매정제요소의 제조방법.
