제4도는 제1도에 표시된 다이스프링 장치의 사용상태를 일부 단면으로 표시한 프레스 설비의 측면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 개구단(11a) 및 폐쇄단(11b)을 갖는 실린더(11)와, 이 실린더(11)의 개구단(11a)으로부터 실린더(11)의 내부에 삽입되고, 또 실린더(11)에 대해 축선방향으로 이동이 자유롭고, 상기 실린더(11)의 내부에 위치한 내단(41) 및 실린더(11)의 외부에 위치한 외단(42)을 갖는 로드(12)와를 구비한 다이스프링에 있어서, 상기 실린더(11)의 내부에는 상기 개구단(11a)측에 위치한 액실 (35)과 상기 폐쇄단(11b)측에 위치한 기실(30)등을 가르는 칸막이수단(21)이 형성되고, 상기 액실 (35)는 액(35a)이 수용되어 있고, 상기 기실(30)에는 압축된 가스(30a)가 봉입되어 있으며, 상기 로드(12)의 내단(41)의 외주면(41a)과 상기 실린더(11)의 내주면과의 사이에는 전둘레에 걸쳐 틈(92)이 존재하며, 다시 상기 실린더(11)의 개구단(11a)에는 상기 로드(12)를 삽통시키는 로드삽통공(51)을 가진 축봉부재(50)가 설치되어 있고 이 축봉부재(50)는, 1)상기 실린린더(11)의 개구단(11a)에 배치되고, 또 상기 로드(12)의 외주면과 대향한 측에 둥근모양의 흠(63), (64)을 가진 시일하우징(52)과, 2)이 축봉부재(50)의 축선방향 1개소만에 설치되어, 상기 로드(12)의 외주면에 접하고 있어서, 상기 로드(12)의 지름방향의 움직임을 구속함과 동시에, 상기 로드(12)를 실린더(11)의 축선 Xo에 대하여 기울어질 수 있도록 지지하는 1개의 베아링부재(90)와, 3)상기 시일하우징(52)의 상기 둥근모양의 홈(63), (64)에 수용되어 있어서, 상기 로드(12)의 외주면에 미끄럼 동작이 가능하게 밀접되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 로드(12)의 지름방향으로 탄성변형이 가능한 시일디바이스(61),(62)와를 구비해서 된 다이스프링 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 상기 베아링부재(90)는 섬유로 강화된 합성수지로 된 다이스프링 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 상기 베아링부재(90)는 직포(90a)가 혼입된 폴리불화에틸렌으로 된 다이스프링 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 상기 시일디바이스(61), (62)는 상기 둥근모양홈(63).64)에 수용되고, 또 내주면이 상기 로드(12)의 외주면의 전둘레에 걸쳐 밀접한 시일링(70),(85)과 이 실일링(70), (85)의 외주면과 둥근홈(63), (64)의 내주면과의 사이에 압입된 에라스토머링(72),(86)을 포함하고 있는 다이스프링 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 상기 시일링(70),(85)은, 그라파이트가 혼입된 폴리불화에틸렌으로 된 다이스프링 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 에라스토머링(72), (86)에 합성고무로된 O링을 사용한 다이스프링 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 로드(12)의 상기 외단에 열처리로 경도가 높아진 원추형상의 헤드부재(43)가 설치되어 있는 다이스프링 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 다이스프링 장치로서, 상기 칸막이수단(21)에, 상기 실린더(11)의 축선방향으로 신축이 자유로운 금속비로즈(21)가 이용되고 있고, 이 금속비로즈(21)의 외면과 내면등에 의하여 상기 기실(30)과 액실(35)등이 규정되어 있는 다이스프링 장치.
