Claims (9)
- 지지체와 활성 물질을 포함하는 제1 및 제2 전기 셀을 위한 전극에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 활성 물질을 통하여 골격적으로 연장된 전기전도성 네트워크 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 물질은 열가소성이나 열경화성 수지로 치수안정화를 이루고 전기 전도성을 갖는 개방 네트워크 구조체를 형성하는 변형된 직물 시트 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축전지, 양호하게는 납전지용 음 전극은 활성 물질에서 활성 물질로 전류를 전달하고 활성 물질을 위한 지지체로서 작용하는 그리드 플레이트로 구성되며, 상기 그리드 플레이트는 쉽게 전도되는 얇은 코팅 물질, 특히 구리로 코팅된 플래스틱 필라멘트로 구성되고 3차원 구조 형성을 위해 플래스틱 필라멘트 사이의 거리가 증가되는 영역상에 분배되고 양호하게는 디프 드로잉에 의해 제조된 험프같은 오목 및 블록부(5)가 형성되어 있고, 플래스틱 네트워크는 납-주석 합금이나 납의 코팅으로 부가 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 납-주석합금의 부가의 코팅은 양호하게는 20 내지 90%납, 특히 약 80 내지 90%납(잔유물 : 주석)과, 양호하게는 5내지 20㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 쉽게 전도되는 금속 코팅층은 30 내지 70, 특히 40 내지 60, 양호하게는 50㎛의 두게로 납 코팅층에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 부가의 코팅은 코팅 물질의 융점으로의 딥핑에 의해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제6항에 있어서, 네트워크가 융점에 있는 동안의 디프 시간이 짧으므로, 플래스틱 네트워크를 제조하는 플래스틱 물질의 융점은 초과되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서, 융점의 온도는 500 내지 600°k이고 디프 시간은 1 내지 4 특히 1 내지 2초인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플래스틱 네트워크의 모든 금속화는 형상- 컨퍼링 양호하게는 디프 드로잉 공정으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
