Claims (14)
- 상층판과 상층판상에 배치된 하나이상의 광전지셀을 포함하는 한편 노출면을 구비하는 광전지모듈에 캡슐을 씌우기 위한 방법에 있어서, 3-글리시독시-프로필트리메톡시실란과 두 성분의 불화된 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와, 광전지모듈의 상기 노출면상에 상기 혼합물을 가하는 단계와, 상기 혼합물을 건조시키는데 충분한 기간동안 제1온도로 상기 광전지모듈을 가열하는 단계와, 상기 혼합물을 경화시키는데 충분한 기간동안 제2온도로 상기 광전지모듈을 가열하는 단계와, 를 포함하는 광전지모듈에 캡슐를 씌우기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 스프레이함으로써 광전지모듈의 상기 노출면상에 가해지는, 광전지모듈에 캡슐을 씌우기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 상기 3-글리실독설프로필트리메톡시 실란의 양이 무게로 1.0%에서 2.0%까지의 범위인, 광전지모듈에 캡슐을 씌우기 위한 방법.

- 상층판과 상기 상층판상에 배치된 노출면을 구비하는 하나이상의 광전지 셀과, 상기 하나이상의 광전지셀의 상기 노출면에 가해지는 한편, 두성분의 불화된 폴리우레탄과 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란을 포함하는 혼합물의 반응생성물을 포함하는 배리어코팅과를 포함하는 캡슐씌워진 광전지모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 배리어코팅이 1.0밑에서 3.0밑까지의 범위내의 건필림두께를 구비하는, 캡슐씌워진 광전지모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 상기 3-글리시독시-프로필트리메톡시 실란의 양이 무게로 1.0%에서 2.0%의 범위인, 캡슐씌워진 광전지모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 광전지모듈의 상기 노출면의 주위주변에 위치된 절연 스크라이브를 더 포함하는, 캡슐씌워진 광전지모듈.
