Claims (10)

  1. 250 내지 600℃에서 3급 아민 또는 에테르를 이소시안산과 암모니아의 가스상 혼합물 중에 도입시키고, 생성된 가스상 반응 혼합물을 반응조건하에 불할성인 희석제 중에 도입시킨 다음 냉가시켜 이소시안산과 3급 아민 또는 에테르 부가물을 축합시킴을 특징으로하여, 이소시안산과 암모니아의 가스상 혼합물로부터 이소시안산을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3급 사이클릭 아민 또는 일반식 NR1R2R3(여기서, 라디칼 R1, R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴아킬 그룹을 나타낸다)의 아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 트리알킬아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사이클릭 에테르 또는 일반식 R1-O-(R4-O)n-R2(여기서, 라디칼 R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 그룹을 나타내고, R4는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌, 아릴렌, 알킬아릴렌 또는 아릴알킬렌 그룹을 나타내며, n은 0 내지 5의 정수이다)의 에테르를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식 R1-O-R2(여기서, R1및 R2는 동일하며 알킬 그룹을 나타낸다)의 에테르 또는 일반식 R1-O-R4-O-R2(여기서, R1및 R2는 동일하며 알킬 그룹을 나타내고, R4는 알킬렌 그룹을 나타낸다)의 에테르를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시안산 1몰당 3급 아민 또는 에테르 1 내지 7몰을 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3급 아민 또는 에테르의 부가를 320 내지 380℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희석제로서 임의로 할로겐화된 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소, 에테르, 카복스아미드 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 희석제로서 또한 이소시안산과 에테르의 부가물을 형성하는 에테르를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. -20℃내지 희석제의 비점에서 불활성 희석제 중 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 이소시안산과 3급 아민 또는 에테르의 부가물을 1급 또는 2급 아민, 알콜, 티올 또는 1-누적된 올레핀성 이중결합 1 또는 2개를 함유하는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 비대칭적으로 치환된 우레아, 카바메이트, 티오카바메이트 또는 치환된 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
