Claims (10)
- 이소시안산과 3급 아민의 부가 생성물을, 반응조건하에서 불활성인 희석제중에서, 1급 또는 2급 아민, 알콜, 티올, 또는 두개의 비-누적된 올레핀성 이중결합을 포함하는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 비대칭적으로 치환된 우레아, 카바메이트, 티오카바메이트 또는 치환된 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시안산과 3급 아민의 부가생성물로서 일반식 R1R2R3NHNCO(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 그룹이거나, R1R2R3N이 함께는 사이클릭 아민 잔기를 나타낸다)의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이소시안산과 트리알킬아민의 부가생성물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희석제로서 비할로겐화되거나 할로겐화된 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소, 또는 카복스아미드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 희석제로서 클로로포름, 톨루엔 또는 N-메틸피롤리돈을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 -20℃내지 희석제의 비점의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응을 -10℃의 온도에서 출발하여 희석제의 비점에서 종료시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 가압하에서 종료시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시안산과 3급 아민의 부가생성물을, 이소시안산과 암모니아의 기체상 혼합물을 250 내지 600℃의 온도에서 3급 아민과 반응시키고 기체상 반응 혼합물을 불활성 희석제중에서 냉각시킴으로써 제조하고, 이소시안산과 3급아민의 부가생성물을 응축시키고, 기체상 암모니아로부터 분리시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 3급 아민이 트리알킬아민인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
