Claims (15)

  1. 두께 0.2~7㎛의 열가소성 수지2축 연신 필름으로 구성되며, 그 필름은 DSC승온측정차트(승온속도 : 20℃/분)에서 최소한 2개의 용해 피이크를 나타내며 또한 그 최소한 2개의 융해 피이크가 하기의 관계를 만족함을 특징으로 하는 감열공판 인쇄 원지용 필름.
    상기식에서, Tmp(최대)는 가장 고온측의 융해피이크의 온도(℃)이며, Tmp(최소)는 가장 저온측의 융해피이크의 온도(℃)이며, △Tmp는 Tmp(최대)-Tmp(최소)이고, △Hu(total)은 전체 융해 에너지 (Cal/g)이며, △Hu(최소)는 가장 저온측의 융해 피이크의 융해 에너지(Cal/g)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Tmp(최대)가 250℃ 이하인 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Tmp(최소)이 100℃ 이상인 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, △Tmp가 20℃이상인 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, △Hu(total)이 6~12Cal/g의 범위내에 있는 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, △Hu(최소)/△Hu(total)이 0.15~0.8의 범위내에 있는 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 0.5~5㎛의 범위내에 있는 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 면 배향계수가 0.90~0.98의 범위내에 있는 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, Tmp(최대)-20℃의 온도에서의 열 수축율이 최소한 10%인 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 인장 탄성율이 최소한 100㎏/㎟인 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 비 접촉 3차원 거칠기 측정계에 의한 중심선 평균 거칠기 (Ra)가 10~100nm의 범위내에 있는 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 필름이, DSC승온 측정 차트(승온 속도 : 20℃/분)에 있어서의 융해 피이크의 온도 (Tmp℃)가 다른 최소한 2종의 열 가소성 폴리미의 블렌드물로 부터 용융 성형된 것인 필름.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 필름이, Tmp의 차가 적어도 20℃인 2종의 열 가소성 폴리미의 블렌드물로 부터 용융 성형된 것인 필름.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 필름이, Tmp가 255~190℃의 범위내에 있는 방향족 폴리에스테르와 Tmp가 130~255℃의 범위내에 있는열 가소성 폴리미의 블렌드 물로 부터 용융 성형된 것인 필름.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머가 방향족 폴리에스테르인 필름.
