Claims (1)

  1. 3-4시간 침지하여 탈수한 쌀을 PP와 EVOH 및 CPP의 투명한 라미네이트 적층체로 된 용기에 담고 쌀의 1.1-1.5배의 물을 가한 후, 쌀과 볶은 야채와 쇠고기를 7.5:1.5:1의 비율로 넣고 혼합하여 0.2-0.8Kg/㎠로 조절된 고압솥에 넣고, 15분간 가열, 취반한 후 용기내의 산소를 불활성 가스로 치환하고 뚜껑을 열밀봉하여 115-120℃하에서 1.1Kg/㎠에 5분, 1.3Kg/㎠에 5분,1.5Kg/㎠에 20-25분간 가압살균하여 냉수로 식힌 것을 특징으로 하는 함수율이 55-65%인 트레이포장 비빔밥의 제조방법.
