Claims (1)

  1. 삶아 절단한 쇠고기와 삶은 콩 및 삶은 당근을 PP와 EVOH 및 CPP로 라미네이트 적층제인 용기에 담고 토마토 케찹으로 조제한 소스를 주입한 다음 용기내의산소를 불활성기체로 치환하고 뚜껑을 열밀봉하여 115-120℃하에서 1.1kg/-1.5kg/㎠ 압력을 시간에 따라 변동하면서 가열살균한 후 냉수로 용기를 식히도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지용 트레이 포장 쇠고기 콩가미의 제조방법.
