Claims (9)
- 내화금속기판 및 약 50내지 95%체적의 티타늄 디보라이드와 약 5내지 50%체적의 내화금속을 본질적으로 구성하는 층을 포함한 적어도 소정영역을 덮는 층을 가진, 진공내에서 고열 방사율을 사용했을 때 표면상에 고내스폴링성을 갖는 적어도 상기 소정영역을 가지는 피복물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진공용기내에 애노드로서 사용되는 피복물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 애노드는 X-선 용기내에 있는 회전 애노드인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 층의 열 방사율은 100℃이상의 온도에서 약 0.6이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1층의 두께는 약 0.0005내지 0.003인치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층을 덮는 티타늄 디보라이드로된 제2층을 구성하는 피복물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 층은 약 60내지 80체적%의 티타늄 디보라이드 및 약 10내지 20체적%의 내화금속을 본질적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 내화금속은 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 탄탈, 하프늄, 니오브, 이들의 혼합물 및 이들의 합금을 구성하는 그룹중에 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2층 표면의 방사율은 약 0.7이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피복물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
