Claims (24)

  1. (a) 다음 구조식의 이미다졸과 (b) 최소한 하나의방향족 하이드록시산의 부가물 및/또는 반응 생성물을 함유하거나 또는 이것으로 구성된 열에 경화되는 에폭시드 수지에 대한 부가제.
    [식중, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 같거나 다를 수 있고, 수소, C1-3알킬 라디칼 또는 페닐 라디칼임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이미다졸의 알킬 라디칼이 불포화된 부가제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬 라디칼 및/또는 페닐 라디칼이 치환된 부가제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알킬 라디칼의 치환체 또는 치환체들이 시아노 또는 하이드록실 그룹, 메톡시, 또는 페닐 라디칼, 또는 복소환식 방향족 라디칼인 부가제.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 페닐 라디칼의 치환체 또는 치환체들이 수소, 하이드록실, 아미노 또는 시아노 그룹 또는 메톡시 라디칼인 부가제.
  6. 제1항부터 제5항 까지의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 하이드록시산으로서 페놀 또는 나프톨설폰산 또는 페놀 또는 나프톨카복실산을 함유하는 부가제.
  7. 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 하이드록시산이 할로겐, 니트로 및 아미노 그룹 및 메톡시 에톡시 또는 C1-3알킬 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 치환체에 의해 치환되는 부가제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 방향족 하이드록시산의 C1-3알킬 라디칼이 임의로 또 다른 치환체를 함유하고 있는 페닐 라디칼에 의해 치환되는 부가제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 또다른 치환체가 하이드록실, 카복실 또는 설폰산 그룹인 부가제.
  10. 제1항부터 제8항 까지의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 페놀카복실산이 살리실산인 부가제.
  11. 제1항부터 제9항 까지의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 페놀카복실산이 몰식자산인 부가제.
  12. 제1항부터 제9항 까지의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 페놀설폰산이 P-페놀설폰산인 부가제.
  13. 전기한 항의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 이미다졸 유도체 대 방향족 하이드록시산의 산 그룹의 몰 비가 2:1-1:2.5인 부가제.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 이미다졸 유도체 대 방향족 하이드록시산의 산 그룹의 몰비가 1:0.6-1:1.2인 부가제.
  15. 성분을 고체 상태로 잘 섞고 임의로 연속해서 분쇄하는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항 부가제를 제조하는 방법.
  16. 성분을 혼합하여 용응될 때까지 가열한 후 냉각시키고 임의로 분쇄하는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항의 부가제를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 성분을 가열하면서 적당한 용매내에 용해시키고 생성물을 냉각기내에서 결정화시켜내는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항의 부가제를 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 제15항부터 제17항 까지의 어떤 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 부가제.
  19. 에폭시드 스지에 대한 경화제로서 제1항부터 제14항 및 제18항의 어떤 한 항에 따른 부가제를 사용하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 경화제가 에폭시드 수지의 중량에 대해 1-15wt%양으로 사용되는 사용방법.
  21. 최소한 하나의 다른 존재하는 경화제와 함께 에폭시드 수지를 경화시키기 위한 촉진제로서 제1항부터 제14항 및 제18항 까지의 어떤 한 항에 따르는 부가제를 사용하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 촉진체로서 사용되는 부가제의 양이 에폭시드 수지의 중량에 대해 0.1-1.5wt%인 사용방법.
  23. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 존재하는 경화제로서 디시안디아민, 이소프탈산 디히드라지드 또는 아디핀산 히드라지드와 함께 사용하는 방법.
  24. 제19항부터 제23항 까지의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 부가제의 입자크기가 <150㎛인 사용방법.
