Claims (5)
- 소정 형상의 하중 작용면이 있는 발포패드, 지지틀, 내외면들 및 하중작용면이 있는 시이트 덮개 부재를 사용하여 시이트의 적어도 일부를 제조하는 방법으로서: (a) 상기 덮개부재의 상기 하중 작용면을 상기 소정 형상으로 성형하는 단계: (b) 상기 발포 패드를 상기 하중 작용면의 상기 내면에 접합하여 상기 소정 형상을 따르게 하는 방식으로 확장할 수 있는 액체 발포 재료를 주입 설치함으로서 상기 하중 작용면의 상기 내면에 상기 발포패드를 주조하여 고정시키는 단계: (c) 상기 덮개 부재가 상기 발포 패드의 측면들에 대해 고정되지 않게 상기 측면들의 둘레로 연장하도록 조작하는 단계: 들로 구성되는 시이트의 적어도 일부를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계가 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 상기 하중작용면에 열 및 압력을 가하므로써 수행되는 상기 방법.
- 지지틀, 상기 지지틀에 설치된 발포패드, 상기 발포 패드 전체에 걸친 외피 덮개 부재를 포함하는 소정 형상의 시이트로서, 상기 덮개 부재가 개방단, 밀폐단, 내면 및 외면들과 하중 작용면을 갖는 대체로 관형인, 상기 시이트의 적어도 일부를 제조하는 방법으로서: (a) 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 내면이 바깥쪽으로 오도록 상기 외피 덮개 부재를 뒤집는 단계:(b) 상기 덮개 부재를 성형 공구에 끼우는 단계:(c) 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 상기 하중 작용면을 상기 소정 형상으로 성형하는 단계:(d) 상기 발포 패드를 상기 하중작용면의 상기 내면에 접합하여 상기외피 덮개의 상기 하중 작용면의 형상을 따르게 하는 방식으로, 확장할 수 있는 액체 발포 재료를 주입설치함으로써 상기 발포 패드를 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 상기 하중작용면이 상기 내면에 주조하여 고정시키는 단계:(e) 상기외피 덮개 부재의 상기 외면이 바깥쪽으로 오고, 상기 발포 패드가 상기 덮개 부재내에 넣어 지도록 상기 외피 덮개 부재를 조작하는 단계:(f)내부에 상기 발포 부재가 있는 상기 외피 덮개 부재를 상기 지지틀 전체에 걸쳐 개방단부터 끼우는 단계: 들로 구성되는 시이트의 적어도 일부를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계가 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 상기 하중작용면에 열 및 압력을 가하므로써 수행되는 상기 방법.
- 지지틀, 개방단 및 수용 하중 작용면 및 밀폐단 및 내외면들이 있는 대체로 관형의 외피 덮개 부재, 그리고 상기 덮개 부재의 상기 하중작용면 및 상기 내면에 주조되어 고정된 발포패드를 포함하는 소정형상의 자동차 시이트의 적어도 일부를 성형하는 방법으로서:(a) 상기 외피 덮개 부재의 상기 외면이 안쪽으로 오도록 상기 외피 덮개 부재를 뒤집는 단계: (b) 상기 하중 작용면이 성형 공구의 상기 소정 형상에 반하도록 상기 덮개 부재를 상기 소정형상을 갖는 상기 성형 공구에 끼우는 단계:(c) 상기 하중작용면을 상기 소정 형상으로 형상화하는 단계:(d) 발포 주형을 상기 하중 가용면 전반에 걸쳐 그 위에 위치시키는 단계 (e) 상기 발포 패드가 상기 하중 작용면의 내면에 접합되도록 상기 주형으로 확장할 수 있는 발포재를 사출시키므로써 상기 덮개 부재의 상기 하중 작용면의 상기 내면에 상기 발포 패드를 주조하여 고정시키는 단계:(f) 상기 발포 패드와 상기 덮개 부재로부터 상기 주형을 제거하는 단계: (g) 상기 성형 공구로부터 상기 발포 패드가 접합된 상기 덮개 부재를 제거하는 단계: (h) 상기발포 패드를 내부에 넣도록 상기 외피 덮개 부재를 바깥쪽으로 뒤집는 단계: (i)상기 덮개 부재 및 상기 발포패드를 상기 지지틀에 끼우는 단계: 들로 구성되는 자동차 시이트의 적어도 일부를 성형하는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
