Claims (4)

  1. 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서를 가진 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 상기 디스크 브레이크는 캘리퍼(22)를 지지하는 지지부재(12)와, 각각이 회전자(14)의 대응측과 맞물림하기 위한 브레이크 라이닝(20,21)을 가지며 내부 브레이크 패드(16)는 캘리퍼(22)에 수용된 피스톤(24)에 의하여 변위되고 외부 브레이크 패드(18)는 캘리퍼(22)에 의하여 변위되며 상기 내부 브레이크 패드(16)는 원주 방향 돌출부(23)를 가지는 내부 브레이크 패드(16)및 외부 브레이크 패드(18) 그리고 원주 방향 캘리퍼 돌출부(23)를 가지는 캘리퍼(22), 및 상기 지지부재(12)에 부착된 블레이크 마모 센서(40)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 브레이크 마모센서(40)는 축방향 연장단부(48,50)사이에 배치된 길이방향 중간부(46)를 가진 축방향 연장부재(46)와, 센서(40)의 단면크기를 증가시키는 경사단부면(52,54)에 의하여 길이방향 중간부(46)와 연결된 각각의 단부(49,50), 및 단부(48,50)의 경사단부면(52,54) 및 길이방향 중간부(46)의 표면에 인접하게 배치된 도체수단(55)으로 구성되어 있으며, 이것에 의해 브레이크 패드(16,18)의 브레이크 라이닝(20,21)의 일방이 마모됨에 따라서 각각의 돌출부(17,23) 각 각각의 경사단부면(52, 54)과 접촉하여 침식시켜 도체수단(55)과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 및 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라이닝 마모센서(40)는 도체부재(55)를 캡슈울에 넣는 플라스틱 재질로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 및 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서(40)는 지지부재(12)에 부착된 지지 브래킷(42)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 및 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 경사 단부면(52,54)은 대응 돌출부(17,23)에 의하여 맞물림하기 위한 표면(52,54)을 제공하기 위하여 중간부 (46)로부터 축방향으로 먼쪽으로 그리고 반지름방향 바깥쪽으로 뻗어 있는 만곡 형상면(52,54)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 및 브레이크 라이닝 마모센서.
