Claims (10)
- 캘리퍼와 토오크입력부재로 구성되고, 수압작동기가 캘리퍼내에 구성되며 이 캘리퍼내의 통공내에서 수압하에 축방향으로 활동가능한 피스턴으로 구성되며, 피스턴이 토오크입력부재의 통공을 지나 토오크입력부재에 캘리퍼를 지지하는 디스크브레이트에 있어서, 환상보호부우트(22;33;35)의 일측단부부분(25;35;47)이 피스턴(15)의 주연에 고정되고 피스턴(15)으로부터 통공을 통하여 연장되며, 부우트(23;33;45)의 타측단부분(27;39;49)이 캘리퍼(3)에 고정됨을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 통공내에 배치된 부우트(23;33;45)의 부분이 적어도 일부가 베어링 링(29;37;55)으로서 구성됨을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 부우트(23;33;45)가 베어링 링(29;37;55)과 부우트부분(25, 27;35, 39; 47,49)으로 구성되고, 부우트부분의 일측 부우트부분(25;35, 47) 이 통공의 일측부에서 피스턴(15)과 베어링 링(29;37;55)사이에 연장되며, 타측 부우트부분(27;39;49)이 통공의 타측부분에서 베어링 링(29;37;55)와 캘리퍼(3)자체로부터 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 부우트부분의 상기 부분(25, 27)이 분리된 구성으로 상기 부분(27)의 일측이 통공을 통하여 베어링 링(29)의 방사상 외측주연둘레로 연장됨을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위3항에 있어서, 부우트부분의 상기 부분(25, 27;35,39)이 분리된 구성으로 각각 상기 통공의 양측에서 베어링 링(39;37)에 결합함을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크
- 청구범위5항에 있어서, 베어링 링(37)으로부터 원격한 상기 타측 부우트부분(39)의 단부부분이 피스턴(15)을 둘러사고 있고 베어링 링(37)에 인접한 고정링(41)의 둘레에 결합하며, 고정링(41)은 캘리퍼부재(3)에서 상기 통공(21)의 부분에 결합가능함을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 부우트부분(47,49)가 단일 구조로 되어 있음을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 부우트부분(47,49)이 중앙부(51)를 가지고 이 중앙부는 두 개의 간격을 둔 방사상 내향 돌출편(53)을 가지고 이들 사이에 베어링 링(55)이 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위8항에 있어서, 부우트부분(47,49)의 중앙부(51)가 상기 통공의 양측에 하나씩 결합되는 두 간격을 둔 방사상 외향 돌출편(54)을 가짐을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 한에 있어서, 통공이 토오크입력부재(5)의 다른 부분에 체결된 판상부재(9)에 형성됨을 특징으로하는 디스크 브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
