Claims (3)
- 브레이크 디스크(10)에 근접착설하기 위한 고정부(14)와 브레이크 디스크(10)를 가로질러 연장된 중앙의 연결부(16)를 포함하는 브레이크 캐리어부재(12), 브레이크 디스크(10)0의 양측에 배설되고 브레이크압력에 대하여 캐리어부재(12)에 지지된 브레이크 패드(40, 42), 브레이크 패드(40, 42)와 함께 브레이크디스크(10)와 캐리어 부재(12)의 부분에 걸쳐 있고 캐리어부재(12)에서 안내되는 부동캘리퍼(30)와, 캐리어부재(12)의 축방향 중앙평면(D)에 대하여 대칭으로 부동캘리퍼(30)에 배설된 적어도 한쌍의 작동실린더(36)로 구성되는 스폿트형 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 두 분리된 브레이크 패드(40, 42)가 브레이크 디스크(10)의 양측에 배설되고 브레이크가 설치 될 때에 브레이크 디스크(10)에 대하여 방사상으로 연결부(16)를 통하여 분해될 수 있게 되어 있으며, 부동캘리퍼(30)는 캐리어부재(12)의 중앙평면(D)에 배설된 두 핀(26, 28)상의 고정부(14)에서 안내되고, 부동캘리퍼(30)가 고정부(14)축으로부터 보았을때에 브레이크디스크(10)를 지나 연결부(16)에 형성된 안내부재(34)에서 부가적으로 안내됨을 특징으로하는 스폿트형 디스크브레이크.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 브레이크디스크(10)의 같은 쪽에 착설된 두 브레이크 패드(40, 42)의 마찰라이닝(44) 사이에 삽입공간부가 형성되고, 브레이크디스크(10)의 주연방향에서 측정된 상기 공간부의 폭(C)은 주연 방향에서 각 브레이크 라이닝(44)의 폭(B)에 대하여 적어도 반 임을 특징으로 하는 스폿트형 디스크브레이크.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 삽입공간부의 폭(C)의 마찰라이닝(44)의 폭(B)에 대하여 70∼100%임을 특징으로 하는 스폿트형 디스크브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
