Claims (26)

  1. 폴리에틸렌을 주성분으로 하는 합성수지제의 미끄럼운동부재로서, 상기 미끄럼운동부재는 점도평균분자량 50만~600만의 폴리에틸렌의 사출성형품으로 되고, 마찰계수가 낮으며, 또한 부재자체의 내마모특성과 상대 재료에 대한 마모방지특성이 모두 뛰어난 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌의 점도평균분자량 60만∼200만의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼운동부재가 테이프, 시이트 또는 필름의 주행을 보호하기 위한 가이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼 운동부재가 자기테이프용, 가이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌에 추가로 유기물 또는 무기물로 된 첨가제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.

  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기물질이 도전성 무기물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 점도평균분자량이 100만∼600만인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과, 점도평균분자량이 30만∼100만인 고분자량 폴리올레핀과, 또한 무기물질을 그 고분자량 폴리올레핀의 염화점이하에서, 그리고 비활성기체 분위기하에서의 고속교반에 의하여 드라이블렌드하여 복합화함에 있어서, 그 복합화물의 점도평균분자량 50만 이상이 되도록 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 고분자량 폴리올레핀을 혼합함으로써 얻어진 폴리올레핀 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재.
  13. 점도 평균분자량 50만∼600만의 폴리에틸렌으로 되고, 마찰계수가 낮으며, 또한 부재자신의 내마모특성과 상대재료에 대한 마모방지특성이 모두 뛰어난 미끄럼운동부재를 사출성형에 의하여 제조하는 방법으로서, 금형 캐비티부를 사출공정전에 감압하고 사출후, 캐비티 공간에 충전된 수지를 고화시키기 이전에 상기 캐비티 공간을 감소시킴으로써 충전된 수지를 압축하는 공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재의 제조 방법..
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 미끄럼운동부재가 폴리에틸렌수지외에 유기물 또는 무기물로 된 첨가제를 함유한 것으로서, 원료인 폴리에틸렌 수지분말과 첨가제를 혼합함에 있어서, 교반가속도하에서 상기 수지의 융점이하의 온도에서 양자를 혼합함으로써, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 분말입자의 표면에만 첨가제가 부착하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재의 제조 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 점도평균분자량이 50만∼200만의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재의 제조방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼운동부재가 테이프, 시이트 또는 필름의 주행을 보조하기 위한 가이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재의 제조방법.

  21. 제13항에 있어서, 액체상의 폴리에틸렌 수지 원료를 비산화성 분위기중에서 사출실린더에 공급하고, 사출실린더의 스크류의 압축비를 1.3∼2.0으로 하며, 그 길이와 직경의 비를 15∼20으로 설정하여 단시간내에 용융시켜, 이 원료가 열가교를 개시하기전에 캐비티내에 주입하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼운동부재의 제조방법.
  22. 호퍼내의 원료를 사출실린더내에 공급하고, 실린더내에 배설한 스크류를 회전함으로써 실린더내에서 한인라인스크류타입의 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 호퍼에는 분체상 폴리에틸렌 또는 입자표면에 무기복합재를 부착한 분말체상 폴리에틸렌을 무산화 분위기에서 용융시키기 위한 분위기 기체 공급 파이프가 접속되고, 또 실린더의 압축부 및 노즐부만에 히이터가 배설되며, 공급기부의 적어도 일부는 방열부가 되고, 상기 사출 실린더내의 스크류 압축비는 1.3∼2.0이 되며, 그 길이와 직경의 비는 15~20으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 스크류의 스크류부에 계속되는 스크류 헤드부는 스크류의 계측영역의 흠 직경과 동일하거나, 또는 그보다 작은 직경의 원동형상부와 이에 계속되는 원추부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 실린더 노즐의 내질의 형상이 스크류 헤드부의 형상과 일치하여 끼워맞춰지도록 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
  25. 분자량이 50만∼600만의 폴리에틸렌으로 된 성형품을 성형하기 위한 사출성형용 금형장치로서, 캐비티내에 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 배설된 압축용 입구와, 그 압축용 입구에 힘을 가하기 위한 가세수단을 구비하고, 수지충전압력에 의하여 상기 압축용 입구가 후퇴할 때에 상기 가세수단에 의하여 수지압력의 반작용의 압축력을 발생시켜서, 캐비티내의 수지압을 충전수지체적에 따른 압력으로 압축하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 금형장치.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 압축용 입구내에 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 배설되는 게이트 컷용 입구를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 금형장치.
