고급면사촉감의 혼방합성 단섬유사 및 그의 제조방법

제4도는 본 발명의 혼방 단섬유 강연사의 측면도이며: 제5도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는데에 유용한 연신-커트 직방기를 나타낸 것이고: 제6도는 본 발명의 혼방 단섬유사를 제조하는 데에 유용한 투우 방적기를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 블렌딩 중량비 30:70∼80:20 인 0.9 데니어 이하의 두께를 갖는 미세폴리에스테르 단섬유 1종 이상 및 4000㎘/㎟ 이상의 영률을 갖는 초고 탄성률 단섬유 1종 이상의 블랜드를 함유하는 고급면사 촉감의 혼방 합성단섬유사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미세 폴리에스테르 단섬유;초고 단성률 단섬유의 블렌딩 중량비가 40:60∼70:30인 혼방합성 단섬유사.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초고 탄성률 단섬유가 파라형 방향족 폴리아미드를 함유하는 혼방 합성 단섬유사.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 총 테니어 200 이하인 혼방합성 단 섬유사.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼방 합성 단 섬유사를 함유하는 직물 또는 편물.
  6. 0.9 테니어 이하의 두께를 지닌 개별 필라멘트 복수개로 구성된 미세폴리에스테르 다섬 필라멘트사1종 이상을 400㎏/㎟ 이상의 영률을 지닌 개별 필라멘트 복수개로 구성된 초고 탄성률 다섬 필라멘트사 1종 이상과 블렌딩 중량비 30:70∼80:20으로 합사시켜, 혼방 다섬 필라멘트 토우를 만들고; 혼방 다섬 필라멘트 토우를 견절 방적 공정에 따라 처리하여 혼방 다섬 피라멘트 토우중의 개별 필라멘트를 1쌍의 공급 닙롤러와 1쌍의 연신-커팅 닙롤로 사이에서 연신-커팅하고, 생성된 연신-커트 단섬유들을 서로 블렌딩하여, 혼방 단섬유 번들을 만든 다음; 혼방 단섬유 번들을 공기 노즐 장치에 통과시켜 반들중의 개별 단섬유들을 서로 결합시킴으로써 혼방 단섬유사를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고급 면사 촉감의 혼방 합성 단섬유사의 제조방법.
