Claims (6)
- 알칼리 금속-함유 공액성 디엔 중합체 [여기서, 이 중합체는 공액성 디엔 단량체 똔느 공액성 디엔 단량체와 방향족 비닐 단량체의 혼합물을 알칼리 금속-기본 촉매의 존재하에 탄화수소 용매중에서 중합시켜 제조한, 알칼리금속 말단을 갖는 리빙 중합체(living polymer)이거나, 중합체쇄내에 공액성 디엔 단위를 가진 디엔 중합체 및 알칼리 금속-기본 촉매를 탄화수소 용매중에서 부가반응시킴으로써 알칼리금속을 도입시킨 디엔 중합체이다]를, (a)일반식(Ⅰ)의 실리콘 똔느 틴 화합물, 및 (b)니트로 화합물, 일반식(1)의 포스포릴 클로라이드 화합물, 일반식(2)의 아미노실란 화합물, 일반식(3)의 아크릴아미드 화합물 및 일반식(4)의 아미노비닐실란 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 개질된 디엔 중합체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 알킬그룹, 알케닐그룹, 사이클로알케닐 그룹 또는 방향족 탄화수소그룹이고, M은 실리콘원자 또는 틴원자이며, X는 할로겐원자이고, a는 0, 1 또는 2이며, b는 2,3 또는 4이고, R1,R2,R3,R4,R8,R|9,R11,R12,R13,R14,R15,R15및 R17은 알킬 그룹이며, R5,R6및 R7은 알킬그룹, 또는 알콕시그룹이고, R10은 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹이며, n 및 m은 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(a)가 실리콘 테트라클로라이드, 실리콘 테트라브로마이드, 트리클로로메틸실란, 트리클로로부틸실란, 디클로로디메틸실란, 1,2-비스(트리클로로실릴)에탄, 턴 테트라클로라이드, 턴테트라브로마이드, 메틸틴 트리클로라이드, 부틸틴 트리클로라이드, 틴 디클로라이드 및 비스트리클로로실릴틴으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나이상의 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속-함유 공액성 디엔중합체를 먼저 화합물(a)와 반응시킨 후, 화합물(b)와 반응 시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속-기본 촉매가 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 금속 탄화수소 화합물 및 극성 화합물과 알칼리 금속의 착화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속-함유 공액성 디엔중합체가 탄화수소 용매중의 용액 형태인 방법.
- 10중량%이상의 개질된 디엔 중합체 및 고무 첨가제를 함유하며, 상기의 개질된 디엔 중합체는 활성금속말단을 갖는 공액성 디엔중합체 및 공액성 디엔 중합체의 알칼리금속 부가생성물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속-함유 공액성 디엔 중합체를, (a)일반식(Ⅰ)의 실리콘 또는 턴화합물, 및 (b) 니트로 화합물, 일반식(1)의 포스포릴 클로라이드 화합물, 일반식(2)의 아미노실란 화합물, 일반식(3)의 아크릴아미드 화합물 및 일반식(4)의 아미노비닐실란 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나이상의 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 개질시킨 공액성디엔중합체임을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.상기식에서 R, R1내지 R17, M, X, a, b, n 및 m은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
