Claims (9)
- 분자당 평균 1.5-4.5 에폭시기 및 0.1-18일차 또는 이차-OR기를 가지는 것으로, 이때, -OR기의 5-95%는 일반식 -O-CH2-CHOH-CH2-O-C(O)-R′(이때, R′은 분지된 C1-17알킬기임)을 가지며, 나머지 -OR기는 히드록실기인 방향족 폴리글리시딜 폴리 에테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 많아야 75%의 -OR기가 히드록실기인 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 도식적 일반식(V)로 나타내어지는 수지 :상기식에서, G는 글리시딜을 나타내며, BA는 이가 방향족 화합물로 부터 두개 히드록실기를 모두 제거하여 생성되는 기를 나타낸다.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리글리시딜 에테르 수지가 많아야 2.5meg/g의 에폭시기 함량을 갖는 수지.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, n이 1.5-4.5의 평균치를 갖는 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하기 도식적 일반식(II), (III) 또는 (IV)를 갖는 수지 :상기식들에서, HD는 핵산디올 부분을 나타내며, TMP는 트리메틸올프로판 부분을 나타내며, EP는 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 글리시딜기가 브릿지화기 -O-CH2-CHOH-CH2-로 전환된 일반식 V로 표시된 수지 부분을 나타낸다.
- 분지된 C5-18지방족 모노카르복실산을 에테르화 촉매인 주석, 아연 또는 철 화합물 존재하에 다가 방향족 화합물의 폴리글리시딜 폴리에테르내에 함유된 하나 이상의 히드록실기와 반응시키는 것으로, 이때, 폴리글리시딜 폴리에테르가 분자당 평균 1.5-4.5에폭시기 및 0.1-18일차 또는 이차 히드록실기를 함유하는, 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 따른 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 따른 폴리에테르 수지 및 가교제를 포함하는 경화성 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 따른 산 또는 염기-변형된 폴리에테르 수지, 중화제 및 가교제를 포함하는 전착 코우팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
