Claims (13)

  1. 표면상에 인공도포된 산화층을 형성하기 위한 조건하에서 적어도 30gℓ-1의 과다화합물로 이루어진 유체 조성물을 알루미늄 표면에 도포하는 공정으로 이루어진 알루미늄 표면처리 방법에 있어서, 상기 유체 조성물은 인공도포산화층의 조성을 가속하는 금속이온의 효과적인 농도를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화층의 상부에 무기코팅을 도포하는 공정을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  3. 알루미늄 표면 처리 방법에 있어서, 인공도포산화층을 형성하기 위한 조건하에서 과다화합물로 이루어진 유체조성물을 알루미늄 표면에 도포하는 공정과, 산화층의 상부에 무기코팅을 인가하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면처리 방법.
  4. 알루미늄 표면 처리 방법에 있어서, 표면상에 인공도포된 산화층을 형성하기 위한 조건하에서 과다화합물로 이루어진 유체 조성물을 알루미늄 표면에 도포하는 공정으로 이루어지고, 유체조성물은 65-90℃의 온도에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유체 조성물은 75-85℃의 온도에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유체 조성물은 예비 청결되지 않은 알루미늄 표면에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 유체 조성물은 인공도포산화층의 조성을 가속하는 금속이온의 효과적인 농도를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 금속이온은 Cu++인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  9. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 과다 화합물은 무기산내의 용액내의 적어도 30gℓ-1의 농도에서 도포된 과산화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 인공도포산화층은 윤곽 표면을 가지며, 무기코팅은 윤고가표면이 통과하는 것을 나타낼 수 있을 정도로 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 유체 조성물은 인공도포산화층의 조성을 가속하기에 효과적인 농도의 아민을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  12. 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 인공도포산화층 또는 위에 있는 무기 코팅에 접착제를 도포하는 공정을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면 처리방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 무기코팅은 가수산화 금속졸의 도포에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 표면처리방법.
