Abstract
본 발명은 무방향성 전기강판의 절연피막 형성에 사용되는 처리액 및 이를 이용한 절연피막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 무기질 절연피막 형성용 처리액의 성분 및 그 함량을 적절히 조정하고 그에 따른 절연피막의 제조조건을 적절히 제어함으로써, 도포안정성 및 응력제거 소둔 후 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 형성용 처리액 및 이를 이용한 절연피막의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 Mg, Ca 및 Zn 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 함유된 크롬산 금속염에, 상기 금속염 중 무수크롬산(CrO3) 100g에 대하여 콜로이달 실리카를 고형분으로 30∼220g, 별도의 물을 첨가하면서 분산시킨 분말상 실리카 분산액을 고형분으로 5∼20g 및 다가알코올 5∼25g 첨가하여 조성되는 절연 피막 형성용 처리액 및 이용액을 무방향성 전기강판 표면에 건조피막 두께가 편면당 2.0∼4.5μm범위가 되도록 도포한 후, 200∼900℃의 온도 범위에서 10∼80초간 소둔하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 도포안정성 및 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)
- Mg, Ca 및 Zn 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 함유된 크롬산 금속염에, 상기 금속염 중 무수크롬산(CrO3) 100g에 대하여 콜로이달 실리카를 고형분으로 30∼220g, 별도의 물을 첨가하면서 분산시킨 분말상 실리카 분산액을 고형분으로 5∼20g 및 다가알코올 5∼25g 첨가하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 도포안정성 및 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 형성용 처리액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다가알콜은 그리세린 및 에틸렌 글리콜 중 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포안정성 및 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 형성용 처리액.
- Mg, Ca 및 Zn 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 함유된 크롬산 금속염에, 상기 금속염 중 무수크롬산(CrO3) 100g에 대하여 콜로이달 실리카를 고형분으로 30∼220g, 별도의 물을 첨가하면서 분산시킨 분말상 실리카 분산액을 고형분으로 5∼20g 및 다가알코올 5∼25g 첨가하여 조성되는 절연 피막 형성용 처리액을 무방향성 전기강판 표면에 건조피막 두께가 편면당 2.0∼4.5μm범위가 되도록 도포한 후, 200∼900℃의 온도 범위에서 10∼80초간 소둔하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 도포안정성 및 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 다가 알콜은 그리세린 및 에틸렌 글리콜 중 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포안정성 및 밀착성이 우수한 절연피막 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
