Abstract
본 발명은 무방향성 전기강판 표면의 전기절연피막 형성에 사용되는 피복액에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 중크롬산 금속염중 CrO3 100중량부; 계면활성제가 첨가되지 않은 에멀션 아크릴수지 고형분 35∼115중량부 및 에틸렌글리콜 24∼74중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 도포안정성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판 표면의 절연피막형성용 피복조성물이 제공된다.
이들 피복조성물을 이용하여 절연피막을 제조하는 방법 또한 제공된다.
계면활성제가 첨가되지 않은 에멀션 형태의 아크릴수지를 사용하여 조성된 피복액을 사용함으로써, 기포발생량이 현저하게 감소되고, 겔화현상이 감소되어 피막액의 도포성 및 저장성이 증대될 뿐만 아니라 처리후 피막특성이 우수한 피막이 형성되었다.

Claims (2)
- 중크롬산 금속염 중 CrO3100중량부; 계면활성제가 첨가되지 않은 에멀션 아크릴수지 고형분 35∼115중량부 및 에틸렌글리콜 25∼74중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 도포안정성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판 표면의 절연피막형성용 피복조성물.
- 무방향성 전기강판에 청구범위 1항의 피복조성물을 건조피막 두께의 3.0∼3.5㎛/편면이 되도록 도포하고, 약 650℃로 15∼25초간 소둔함을 특징으로 하는 절연피막 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
