Claims (9)
- 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용강부재에 있어서, 상기 피복제가 수성인산알루미늄의 부피 100과 질산의 부피 100으로 이루어진 수성용제인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성인산알루미늄이 인산, 알루미나수화물 및 물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 질산의 부피 3-8을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 수성인산알루미늄이 P2O528-38무게%, Al2O35-12무게% 및 H2O 50-70무게 %로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용강부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수성인산알루미늄이 P2O530-35무게%와 Al2O37-10무게%를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용강부재.
- 제1-5항에 있어서, 수성용제가 수성인산알루미늄 및 희석수의 부피를 기준으로 첨가 희석수의 부피 50-400과 질산 3-12부피%를 함유한 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용강부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 질산 3-8무게%를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.
- 제6 또는 7항에 있어서, 수성용제가 습윤제1.5부피% 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.
- 제6,7 또는 8항에 있어서, 희석수의 부피 100-250를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 절연성 인산염 피복제로 피복된 박판용 강부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
