Claims (4)

  1. 경질탱크(3)와 상기 경질탱크내에 배치된 연질탱크(4)로 이루어진 가스저장탱크(2), 상기 연질탱크를 상기 기밀실에 연결하고 제1밸브(6)로 구성된 제1파이프(5), 상기 연질탱크를 상기 기밀실에 연결하고 기밀실에서 연질탱크로 가스를 펌핑하기 위한 펌프수단(12)으로 이루어진 제2파이프(11), 연질탱크(4)와 경질탱크(3) 사이에 배치된 공간(7)에 압축공기를 충전하기 위한 압축공기 유입구(9), 상기 공간(7)을 통기하기 위한 제2밸브(13)로 구성되고 상기 공간(7)내로 압축공기를 도입하고 제1벨브(6)를 개방함으로서 상기 기밀실(1)을 충전하고 제1 및 제2밸브를 개방함으로써 상기 기밀실을 진공배기하고, 제1밸브(6)를 폐쇄하고 펌프수단(12)으로 연질탱크(4)쪽으로 상기 기밀실내의 잔류가스를 진공배기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀실(1) 내에 압축가스를 충전하고 상기 처리실내의 가스를 진공배기하며 상기 가스를 저장할 수 있는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펌프수단(12)의 제2파이프(11)하류부내에 비치된 제3밸브(19) 및 펌프수단(12)의 제2파이프 상류부내에 배치된 제4밸브(20) 및 펌프수단(12)의 제2파이프 상류부와 제4밸브(20) 하류부사이에 배치되고 제5밸브(23)가 제공된 통기파이프(22)가 추가로 구성되어, 제1밸브(6), 제3밸브(19) 및 제5밸브(23)를 개방하고 제4밸브(20)를 폐쇄함으로서 펌프수단(12)에 의해 상기 연질탱크(4) 및 상기 기밀실(1)을 진공배기할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연질탱크(4)와 제1밸브(6)사이의 제1파이프(5)로 개방하는 제6밸브(16)로 구성된 제3파이프(15)를 통하여 이 가스를 운반함으로서 연질탱크(4)내로 가스를 공급하기 위한 수단이 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기밀실(1)내의 압력측정용 수단, 상기 제1밸브(6)에 평행하고 상기 압력측정수단에 의해 제어되는 제7밸브(18)로 구성된 제4저류파이프(17)가 추가로 구성되고 제1밸브(6)가 폐쇄되고 처리공정이 기밀실(1)내에서 수행될 때, 압력측정수단은 기밀실(1)내의 압력이 예정압력보다 낮으면 제7밸브(18)를 개방하도록 제어하고 기밀실내의 압력이 예정압력보다 높으면 제7밸브(18)를 폐쇄하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
