Claims (20)

  1. 지지체 및 X―방사선을 흡수하고, 하프니아 인광체 호스트의 단시정계 결정으로 구성된, 더 긴 파장의 전자기 방사선을 방출하는 인광체를 포함하는 형광 층을 가지는 스크린에 있어서, 지르코늄 이온이 광학 그레이드 하프니아에서 발견되는 것보다 더 높은 농도로 하프니아 인광체 호스트내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인광체 호스트내의 하프늄 및 지르코늄 이온이 관계식.

    식중, z는 4×10-4―0.3의 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, z가 1×10-3―0.2 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, z가 2×10-3―0.1 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  5. 제1항에서 제4항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인광체가 활성화하는 양의 알카리 금속 이온을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  6. 제1항에서 제5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 및 알카리 금속 이온이 관계식

    식중, M은 최소한 하나의 알칼리 금속 이온 y는 4×10-4―1의 범위을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.

  8. 제5항에서 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온이 리튬 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, y가 8×10-4―0.15 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 형광 층이 제2인광체로서 리튬 하프네이트를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  11. 제5항에서 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온이 최소한 하나의 나트륨 및 칼륨 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, y가 8×10-4―7×10-2의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  13. 제5항에서 제11항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 활성제가 리튬 및 칼륨 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  14. 제5항에서 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 최소한 하나의 세슘 및 루비듐 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  15. 제1항에서 제14항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인광체가 활성화하는 양의 티타늄 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 티타늄 이온이 관계식
    Hf1-zZrzTix
    식 중, x는 3×10-4―1.0의 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, x가 3×10-4―0.5 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린.
