Claims (29)
- 관계식 Hf1-zZrzMy식중, M은 최소한 하나의 알칼리 금속, y는 6×10-4―1.0의 범위, z는 4×10-4―0.3의 범위 만족하는 산소 및 하프늄, 지그코늄 및 알칼리 금속이온으로 기본적으로 구성되는 하프니아 인광체 호스트의 단사정계 결정으로 구성되고, X―방사선을 흡수하고, 더 긴 파장의 전자기 방사선을 방출할 수있는 인광체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, y가 8×10-4―0.2 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온이 활성화하는 양의 리튬 이온을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 리튬 이온이 관계식 Hf1-zZrzLiy을 식중 y는 8×10-3―0.2의 범위, z는 1×10-4―0.2의 범위 만족하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, z가 5×10-3―0.1 범위인 조성물.
- 제3항에서 제5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자 2차 상으로서 리튬 하프네이트를 부가적으로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온이 활성화하는 양의 나트륨 및 칼륨 이온 최소한 하나를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 알칼리 금속이온이 관계식 Hf1-zZrzMy을식중 M은 최소한 하나의 나트륨 및 칼륨 이온, y는 6×10-4―7×10-2의 범위, z는1×10-3―0.2의 범위 만족하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, y는 8×10-4―7×10-2의 범위이고, z가 5×10-3―0.1의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이온이 활성화하는 양의 세슘 및 루비늄 이온의 최소한 하나를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인광체가 활성화하는 양의 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼륨 이온의 최소한 두 조합을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 인광체가 활성화하는 양의 라튬 및 칼륨 이온 조합을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서 제12항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인광체가 활성화하는 양의 티타늄 이온을 부가적으로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄 및 알칼리 금속이온이 관계식 Hf1-zZrzTix을식중 x는 3×10-4―1.0의 범위, y는 6×10-4―0.2의 범위,z는 4×10-4―0.3의 범위 만족하는 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, y가 8×10-4―0.2의 범위이고, z가 1×10-3―0.2의 범위인 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, z가 5×10-3―0.1의 범위인 조성물.
- 가열하기 전에 존재하는 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 알칼리 금속 이온이 관계식 Hf1-zZrzMm을식중 M은 최소한 하나의 알칼리 금속, m은 3×10-2이상, z는 4×10-4―7×0.3의 범위 만족하고, 가열하여 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 알칼리 금속 산화물로 기본적으로 구성되는 잔기를 이탈시키기 위해 선택된 열분해 리단드를 포함하는 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 알칼리 금속 화합물의 단사정계 결정 혼합물로 형성하기에 충분한 온도까지 가열함에 의해, 제1항에서 제16항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 인광체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 가열온도를 1400°C 또는 그 이하로 제한하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 900°C―1300℃범위의 최대 가열 온도가 사용되는 방법.
- 제17항에서 제19항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단사정계 인광첼 결정을 형성하기에 충분한 온도까지 가열한 후에, 조성물을 물로 세척하고, 900℃이상 까지 제가열하는 방법.
- 제17항에서 제20항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하프늄 및 지크로늄 화합물이 할 수 하프니아 및 함수 지크코니아를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에서 제20항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 하프늄 및 지르코늄 리간드를 포함하는 화합물이 C2-20의 카복실레이트를 포함하는 카복실레이트인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 카복실레이트가 C2-10을 포함하는 α―하이드록시카복실레이트인 방법.

- 제17항에서 제26항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리간드를 포함하는 화합물이 C1-20의 알콕사이드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에서 제27항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 화합물이 알칼리 금속 카보네이트, 설페이트, 옥살레이트, 할라이드, 하이드록사이드, 보레이트, 텅스테이프, 올리브데이트 및 그것의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
