Claims (45)

  1. (a) 블로킹된 멀티필라멘트 섬유; 및(b)폴리머 매트릭스재료; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회복성인것을 특지으로 하는 복합재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 회복성 섬유 성분에 의해 회복 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 일방향으로 뻗어있고 회복섬유는 거의 수직방향으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 유리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 매트릭스재료 및/또는 회복성섬유는 교차결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  8. (a) 적어도 그의 몇몇이 적어도 회복후의 물품에서 폴리머재료에 의해 개별적으로 플로킹되는 멀티필라멘트섬유; 및 (b)폴리머 매트릭스재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수회복성물품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 회복성섬유를 갖는 슬리이브의 형태로 되어 물품이 슬리이브의 거의 원주상으로 뻗어있는 회복성 물품으로 되고 상기 멀티필라멘트 섬유가 슬리이브의 길이를 따라 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열활성접착제의 내부 코팅을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 물품이 회복성으로 되도록 회복성 섬유를 가지며, 상기 회복성 섬유는 적어도 1.5Mpa의 회복응력을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  12. (i) 폴리머 매트릭스 재료 (ii) 멀티필라멘트 섬유; 및(iii) (a)강화섬유 및 (b)복합재료의 가열 및/또는 압축에 따라 멀티필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 블로킹하도록 열연화성 섬유의 형태로 있거나 이로부터 형성되는 블로킹 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 직물의 적어도 일부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 회복성인것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 재료가 회복가능하게되도록 회복성 섬유를 더 포함하며, 회복성 섬유 및 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 직물의 적어도 일부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 회복력의 주된 방향에 대해 대체로 수직인 방향으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 직물은 멀티필라멘트섬유로 구성되는 경사와 회복성섬유로 구성되는 위사로 구성되는 위브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 회복성 섬유를 갖는 슬리이브의 형태로 되어 재료가 슬리이브의 대체로 원주상으로 뻗어있는 회복성으로되고 멀티필라멘트 섬유가 대체로 슬리이브의 길이를 따라 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, (a)매트릭스 재료가 70-160℃의 연화점을 갖고; (b) 열회복성섬유가 90-160℃의 회복온도를 가지며; (c) 블로킹 재료가 300℃이하의 연화온도를 갖는 상태에서, 매트릭스재료가 열연화성으로 되고, 열회복성 섬유 성분에 의해 열회복가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  20. 제12항에 있어서, 블로킹재료는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론, 폴리카프로락탐, 폴리에스터, 폴리염화비닐리덴 또는 폴리염화비닐로 이루어지며/또는; 강화섬유는 교차결합된 폴리올레핀, 유리, 탄소섬유, 실리카 스테이플 섬유, 폴리아라미드, 폴리에테르 케톤, 아크릴로 니트릴 또는 금속이로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  21. 제12항에 있어서, 매트릭스재료는 교차결합된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  22. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 연속강화섬유 및 함께 공동결합된 연속 열연화성 섬유를 포함하여 이루어지거나 이로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  23. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 코어스펀 연속강화 섬유로부터 형성되거나 이를 포함하여 구성되어 스테이플 열연화성 섬유를 둘러싸며, 이에따른 하이브리드섬유가 매트릭스 재료와 결합전에 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  24. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유가 스테이플 강화섬유 및 스테이플 열연화성섬유의 블렌드로부터 형성되거나 이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  25. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 스테이플 열연화성 섬유가 점착되는외부에 폴리머 외피에 의해 둘러싸여진 연속강화섬유로부터 형성되거나 이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  26. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 대체로 상호 평행하게 뻗어있는 연속강화섬유 및 연속 열연화성 섬유로부터 형성되거나 이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  27. 제12항에 있어서, 강화섬유와 열연화성 섬유는 함께 꼬여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  28. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 강화섬유로 이루어지는 코어와 열연화성 섬유로 이루어지는 외부코팅, 또는 열연화성 섬유로 이루어지는 코어와 강화섬유로 이루어지는 외부 코팅을 랩스피닝하는 방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  29. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 연속강화섬유와 연속 열연화성 섬유를 함께 꼬는 방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  30. 제12항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 열연화성섬유의 적어도 하나의 외장에 의해 둘러싸인 강화섬유의 코어를 포함하고, 상기 코어는 2-300의 텍스치를 갖고 코어플러스 외장은 10-1000의 텍스치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  31. 제12항에 있어서, 강화섬유는 120℃에서 텍스당 적어도 0.03 Newton의 점착력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  32. 제12항에 있어서, 블로킹 재료는 조사에 의해 물성이 저하된 재료나 이러한 재료의 물성저하제품을 포함하여; 및/또는 매트릭스재료는 조사하에 교차결합되는 재료 또는 이러한 재료의 교차결합제품을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료.
  33. (i)적어도 20%의 회복을 나타내는 회복성섬유; (ii)멀티필라멘트섬유; 및 (iii)(a) 강화섬유와 (b) 물품의 가열에 따라 멀티필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 블로킹하는 열연화성 섬유로부터 형성되거나 이들 형태로 있는 블로킹재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 회복성 물품.
  34. (i) (a) 강화섬유와 (b)가열시 멀티필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 블로킹 하도록 열연화성 섬유의 형태로 있는 블로킹 재료로 이루어지는 하이브리드섬유와 멀티필라멘트 섬유를 제공하는 단계; (ii)직물을 폴리머 매트릭스 재료로 코팅하는 단계; (iii) 열연화성 섬유를 연성시키고 멀티 필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 블로킹하기위해 코팅하는 동안, 전 또는 후, 하이드리드섬유를 가열하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 제조방법.
  35. 제34항에 있어서, 코팅은 열연화성 섬유를 연화시켜 멀티필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 블로킹하도록 충분한 온도로 압축코닝에 의해 수행되며; 및/또는 코팅은 열연화성 섬유를 변형시키기위한 충분한 온도에서 압력하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  36. 제34항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 섬유는 복합재료가 열회복성으로 되도록 열회복성섬유를 포함하는 직물의 적어도 일부를 형성하고, 상기 방법은 열연화성섬유가 연화되어 회복성섬유의 회복력에 의해 변형되는 온도에서 기판에 대한 복합재료의 열회복 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  37. 블로킹된 멀티필라멘트 섬유로 이루어지는 복합재료를 기판주위에 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판의 환경적 보호방법.
  38. 멀티필라멘트 섬유와 폴리머재료로 이루어지는 회복성물품을 기판둘레에 회복시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 폴리머재료는 멀티필라멘트 섬유의 틈을 회복블로킹한후 적어도 기판에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판의 환경적 보호방법.
  39. (a) 멀티필라멘트 섬유를 가로지르는 방향으로 복합재료를 절단하고 복합재료를 일부 제거하여 기판을 노출시키는 단계, 및 (b) 복합재료의 절결부를 가로질러 뻗어있는 덮개위에 위치시킴으로써 기판을 재밀봉하는 단계로 이루어지며, 블로킹된 멀티필라멘트 섬유로 구성되는 복합재료로 밀봉된 밀봉 기판의 재도입 및 재밀봉방법.
  40. 블로킹된 멀티필라멘트 섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
  41. 제40항에 따른 직물과 열회복성 시이트재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열회복성 물품.
  42. 제41항에 있어서, 슬리이브의 형태로 되어있고, 직물이 시이트재료의 외면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  43. 메틸블루용액이 24시간의 주기로 100mm이하의 섬유를 따라 스며들도록 폴리머재료로 블로킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로킹된 멀티필라멘트 섬유.
  44. 에멀젼의 형태로 있는 폴리머재료를 섬유에 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트 섬유으리 블로킹 방법.
  45. (1) 에멀젼, 고용융 밀봉재료 또는 경화성 합성물에 의해 멀티필라멘트 섬유를 블로킹하는 단계와 (2) 폴리머 매트릭스재료로 섬유로 코팅하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 및/ 또는 회복성 재료의 제조방법.
