제3도는 버블의 박벽(껍질)을 입증하기 위한 제2도〔300배(300×)확대〕의 고의 파쇄 미세버블의 주사전자현미경(SEM)사진, 버블은 현미경 슬라이드간에서 제2도의 미세버블을 가압하여 파쇄시켰다.
Claims (12)
- 적어도 하나의 비산화물성분 및 산화물성분을 주성분으로 하는 자유유동성, 불연속세라믹 미세버블에 있어서, 각 미세버블이 극미세구조의 세라믹벽과 단일 중심공동을 가지며 상기 미세버블이 1내지 300㎛범위의 직경과 미세버블직경의 10%미만의 벽두께를 가지는 미세버블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비산화물 및 산화물성분이 0:100내지 100:0 중량부 범위로 존재하는 미세버블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹이 금속질화물, 금속탄화물 및 금속 산화물중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 미세버블,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동이 진공을 함유하는 미세버블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹벽이 알루미늄-, 티타늄-, 및 실리콘-함유 세라믹으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 미세버블.
- 제1항의 미세버블로 구성되는 성형제품.
- a)졸전구체와 휘발성 액체부풀림제로 구성되는 혼합물을 그리인, 중공, 미세버블을 형성하기에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 버블촉진매체에 첨가하는 단게, 및 (b)선택적으로, 적어도 하나의 산화물- 및 비산화물상 또는 성분으로 구성되는 세라믹 미세버블을 형성시키기 위해 상기 그리인 미세버블을 소성하는 단계로 구성되고, 상기 소성단계는 응집 방지제의 존재하에 선택적으로 수행되는 제1항의 세라믹미세버블의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부풀림재가 대기압에서 25내지 100℃범위의 비점을 가지는 방법.
