제2도는 300배 확대(300×)된 발명의 3Al2O3, 1B2O3, 2SiO2조성물 세라믹 미세버블의 주사전자 현미경(SEM)사진,
제3도는 버블의 박벽(껍질)을 입증하기 위한 제2도〔300배(300×)확대〕의 고의 파쇄 미세버블의 주사전자현미경(SEM)사진, 버블은 현미경 슬라이드간에서 제2도의 미세버블을 가압하여 파쇄시켰다.

Claims (12)

  1. 적어도 하나의 비산화물성분 및 산화물성분을 주성분으로 하는 자유유동성, 불연속세라믹 미세버블에 있어서, 각 미세버블이 극미세구조의 세라믹벽과 단일 중심공동을 가지며 상기 미세버블이 1내지 300㎛범위의 직경과 미세버블직경의 10%미만의 벽두께를 가지는 미세버블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비산화물 및 산화물성분이 0:100내지 100:0 중량부 범위로 존재하는 미세버블.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹이 금속질화물, 금속탄화물 및 금속 산화물중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 미세버블,
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동이 진공을 함유하는 미세버블.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹벽이 알루미늄-, 티타늄-, 및 실리콘-함유 세라믹으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 미세버블.
  6. 제1항의 미세버블로 구성되는 성형제품.
  7. a)졸전구체와 휘발성 액체부풀림제로 구성되는 혼합물을 그리인, 중공, 미세버블을 형성하기에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 버블촉진매체에 첨가하는 단게, 및 (b)선택적으로, 적어도 하나의 산화물- 및 비산화물상 또는 성분으로 구성되는 세라믹 미세버블을 형성시키기 위해 상기 그리인 미세버블을 소성하는 단계로 구성되고, 상기 소성단계는 응집 방지제의 존재하에 선택적으로 수행되는 제1항의 세라믹미세버블의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부풀림재가 대기압에서 25내지 100℃범위의 비점을 가지는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부풀림재가 할로카본, 알데히드, 알코올, 에테르, 캐톤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 버블촉진 매체가 장쇄지방산 및 이들의 유도체와 장쇄알코올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 응집 방지제가 탄소함유물질인 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)가 50내지 150℃범위의 온도에서 수행되고 상기 소성단계가 400℃이상의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
