Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the manufacturing method of speaker diaphragm by sintered carbonization to obtain the diaphragm excellent in rigidity and molding performance. CONSTITUTION:The material in which the polycarvosilane 1 is dissolved into solvent such as methylketone and the powder 2 such as silicon, silicon oxide, titanium, boron and silicon carbide is mixed to it, is formed into the diaphragm for speakers or it is formed into the shape of diaphragm after it is once formed into sheet. This is sintered and carbonized at high temperature of 1000-1400 deg.C gradually heated under inactive gas or non-oxygen atmosphere. As a result, the polycarbosilane, silicon and silicon oxide are sintered into silicon carbide, and the entire is formed into the diaphragm 3 for speaders made of silicon carbide, titanium carbide, and boron carbide.
