제 1a-1c 도는 녹색시이트를 열처리하여 얻은 소결물로 부터 적층자성코어를 절단하는 방법을 도시하고, 본 발명의 실시에 사용된 Fe-Si-Al 자성코어를 예시한 녹색시트의 투시도.
제 2a-2c 도는 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 적층자성코어로부터 자기녹음헤드를 제조하는 방법을 예시한 투시도.
Claims (4)
- 두층이 교대로 적층되는 다수의 Fe-Si-Al 형 자성금속층과 다수의 전기절연층을 갖고, 상기 자성금속이 0.001-0.32중량%의 산소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 적층자성체.
- 기본필름에 0.001-0.3중량%의 산소를 함유하는 Fe-Si-Al 형금속의 자성분말로 만든 필름을 형성시키고, 상기 기본필름으로 부터 상기 자기분말의 필름을 분리시키고, 분리된 자기분말의 필름을 적층하여 적층구조물을 형성시키고, 상기 적층구조물을 압출시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 적층자성체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 비자성 전기절연체를 상기 기본필름에 침적시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 비자성 전기절연체의 분말을 미리 상기 기본필름에 사용하여 절연필름을 형성시키고, 이 절연필름을 Fe-Si-Al 형 금속의 자성분말 필름을 옮김을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
